Luxe Atlanta Condo w/Exclusive Balcony!

The condo was amazing and I love everything about it. I didn't like the parking situation and all the young people outside. But I did feel safe inside the condo.

The property was exactly as advertised and the host could not have been more on top of the rental or have been any more responsive. The unit could use a good deep cleaning as the rugs were dirty but it wasn’t anything that needed to be fixed immediately. The major drawback was out of the owners hands as the building itself reeked of pot smoke in the halls and often times it came into the room and the front entrance is full of homeless people after dark. It’s a good option for the Mart as it’s so close.

This was the perfect stay for my stop in ATL.I decided to stay because my layover from Tulum was there. Great decision. Fantastic view of the city while being a walking distance from the iconic Georgia Aquarium! Top Tier!

Great stay have nothing really bad to say great view just wish the tv in the room was a bit bigger other then that great host very lovely and nice and great place to stay

Awesome view of the city at night! Very clean property. Listing was accurate. Only negative was no ice from the ice maker in the fridge. Might not be hooked up. I did find a big ice cube trey for like cocktails but that was it.

This was our second time staying here! The views from the balcony are breathtaking. We can't wait to return for our third stay.

Great walking location to the venue for the concert. Condo was very cute.

This Condo has a great view of downtown. The Apartment was perfect for my husband and I as we were working at the Atlanta's Mart Gift Show. We could walk back and forth. It was a very short walk. We were able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants near by.

Great location and convenience for the football game at Mercedes Benz stadium. Better value than hotel and more to offer.

Great place, close to lots of downtown attractions, short Uber ride to both arenas. Would stay again!

Out location was perfect. It was very close to the all important attractions. Theres a corner bakery across the street with delicious breakfast. The apartment was very nice and cold. It has everything we needed for a quick 48 hour stay. It accomodated 4 adults perfectly. Thanks for tbe hospitality!

I was very impress with the decor and out look of the place. It looked very nice. And the balcony at night was amazing. But then the down fall. My BIGGEST PET PEE is hair. It grosses me COMPLETELY OUT. So I go into the bathroom. And hair in the sick. Then the towel that lays in front of the shower I started to lay it out and hair in it. And hair around the outside of the shower. Then I decided to check the bed once I pulled the comforter back I seen something laying under the flat sheet. I pulled it down and there was hair.. after that I wanted to leave. But at such a short notice there was no where to go. I didn’t sleep good. I slept with all my clothes on. Thank goodness I had my pillow and blanket. But with me still having to lay on the sheets I was nervous so I slept with all my clothes on and rap my hair up. Yes maybe I was over reacting. But I don’t blame the owners that’s the house keepers doings. The place it self and the location and the view was all very amazing. The Host was very understanding and helped me out on my needs.

Both the building and the apartment were clean. The building is very secure. I like the concierge at the front desk! The beds were comfortable; clean bathroom. We needed an apartment within walking distance to both the GWCC and the Mariot Marquis Hotel. This was the perfect location, but the neighborhood outside, specifically directly on this street corner, was completely occupied with homeless, making you feel very uneasy when entering and leaving the building.
