Stayed Aug 4, 2025The first night we stayed in this condo, we woke up at 1:30am to bed bugs in the bunk room where my children were sleeping. After visiting the Sandestin guest reception, we had to move to a different condo immediately. I had to move three young children and three adults in the middle of the night. There were no other condos available for us on the beach and with a golf cart, which were the two main reasons we booked this condo. We had to move again the next day to another condo that did have a golf cart but was not on the beach. So after three condos in the first two days, we spent the rest of the week in a condo on the bayside, not on the beach and itching from the bedbug situation. We were not pleased.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to local attractions.
