Other Things to Note:
Guest Registration Process: Where applicable this reservation is subject to and contingent upon the prospective guest/s being approved by the condominium (a background check will be completed in this process). There is a non-refundable application fee of $200 for the 1st adult or married couple. In order to avoid an additional $200 application fee, the condo association requires a marriage certificate. The application should be completed and submitted for association approval 14 business days prior to the effective date of reservation. In the event the prospective guest/s is/are not approved, this reservation will be cancelled, and deposits will be refunded to the prospective tenant (application fee will not be refunded).
Parking :
There is 1 parking spot included with the rental and please note that a one-time $35 registration fee is required by the building association.
New Development in Miami has skyrocketed and Miami is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, with new buildings and skyscrapers being constructed to accommodate the growing population and demand for real estate. Currently, there is a building under construction to the north of Canvas (this condo faces north), so please be advised. However, the apartment is equipped with very thick, class 4 hurricane-proof sliding doors that minimize noise disruption.

For transportation within Miami, there are several options available. You can use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, electric scooters from Uber, Lyft, Bolt, and Lime, CitiBikes, Metrobus, Metrorail and Metromover, or the Trolley.
In addition to the above, there are some important policies and guidelines to note. We follow Rent Responsibly standards to ensure a peaceful and safe stay. We use a smart home device that measures decibel levels to address noise nuisances without disturbing your experience, and it fully complies with privacy regulations.
Please be aware that local residents within a 60-mile radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (except bachelor/bachelorette groups), photo shoots, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed at this property.
Pets are welcome at our pet-friendly property. The building association permits pets weighing less than 20 pounds. Pet registration, including vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time $150 fee per pet, is required. We charge $150 for the first pet and an additional $150 for the second pet. Regardless of size or breed, the total fee is $300 for one pet and $300 for two pets.
Lastly, we want to assure you that we are dedicated to providing exceptional service. We are available 24/7 to support you during your stay. If any issues arise, please contact us directly rather than the front desk, and we will promptly take the necessary actions.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

I have stayed in rental properties all over the world for the past 5 years. The experience from this location is among the 1%. The Host was extremely helpful and catering. The home was very clean and well organized. The host went out of his way to make my life easier from a pick up , to house supplies or food prepped.
