The condo is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and offers breathtaking views of the emerald-green Gulf waters right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to the beach just steps away was the highlight of our stay.The condo itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We loved the beachy decor, which really added to the vacation vibe. The property also features fantastic amenities like a pool and hot tub, and beach access couldn't be more convenient.Location-wise, you can't beat it. It's tucked away in a gated community. With excellent restaurants, and plenty of water activities. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay right on the beach, this condo is a perfect choice. Beautiful condo. Up to date decor. Easy checkin/checkout process. Breathe Easy will text you step by step. You will not need to search for info. Text responses are returned very quickly. Communication was easy. We were allowed to check in early for an extra fee. I would recommend. Santa Rosa beach/Miramar Beach is the area to stay. Gated community. Much more serene and out of the busy tourist area like destin. Just 5 miles from Destin

This was the best vacation for our family! Every morning we woke up to the beautiful view of the Gulf and we didn’t want to leave! I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning while my husband made breakfast. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. There was also a starter kit with detergents which was super helpful. The property was the perfect setup for our young family of 4. We felt like the condo was quiet and private. We didn’t hear anyone else in the neighboring condos during our stay. The charging stations on the nightstands were thoughtful in every room. The desk facing the gulf was also great allowing us to plug in a laptop and stay caught up on emails during our stay. We figured out how to navigate to the locker room to get our beach supplies, etc. We checked out the mini golf course and made our way out to the beach daily. The only item that may have added convenience would be a collapsible wagon for the beach and a small laundry basket for clean clothes. This was really the only thing I could think of because everything was easy and we could have stayed another week. Overall, this property is exceptional- beautifully decorated and was perfect!

We watched the water and dolphins from the bedroom, living room and out on the cute deck! I am very very picky with the cleanliness of places I stay. I can 💯 % say I found nothing to complain about from the appearance to how clean everything was! Sometimes in places you get odd smells or odors that . Not here! Even the elevator smelled nice. The condo was beautifully decorated! As a matter a fact I came home and redecorated my master bedroom to match. LOLBreathe Easy was so easy to work with. They made our stay from booking to check out great. Will definitely book with them again! Strongly suggest and recommend if you are considering booking thru BE do it!!!!

We loved condo 708 at Beach Manor. It was a perfect location on the beach. The view from the condo was amazing. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, if fit all our needs for a relaxing family get away. Check in and out was so easy! Would highly recommend!!

My wife and I wanted a comfortable beachfront condo. This unit delivers. It’s beautiful, the views are amazing and the beach isn’t as crowded as it is to the west. Walk to the water and turn left and you have beautiful sand without any crowds at all. It was too cold to try the pool. Didn’t use the common grills. The property is beautiful. Parking is very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, etc but there were no spices or anything like that. Pack accordingly or take a quick run to Publix. The walk in shower was awesome. The furniture is comfy. The bed is firm but we slept well. Manager was quick to reply and very helpful. We can’t wait to go back!
