Stayed Jun 28, 2019We loved our time at the beach. However, the condo left a lot to be desired. We knew it was a studio, but thought it was closer to the beach and thought it had a balcony. The communication through the app confused us. I guess they use generic messages, because it mentioned locking the balcony door and running the dishwasher, which made us think it had those things. When we arrived, we found it didn’t. When we first got there, we weren’t sure which Tower our rental was in. I couldn’t find it on the app, so we called. The person who answered was not very friendly, and was more concerned about defending the app than helping us. Before booking, I sent a message asking how far a walk the condo was from the beach. We were told 1 minute. It was more like 7or 8, which wasn’t too big a deal, but we were always carrying all the beach things. Won’t stay there again, but we will be back at the beach.
