All furniture was very old and outdated. (especially for the rental price). The surrounding properties were much better. We left 2 days before our reservation expired. Finally, this was the first time I have ever stayed in a one bedroom condo. which turned out to be a 1 (one) room condo!!

We had a great time. The condo had things we needed to cook with. Quiet at night for sleeping. Short walk to the beach or pool.

Don was very welcoming and attentive. He called as soon as I booked the room and let us know all the ins & outs. The room was great for what we needed - a place to sleep, bathe, & eat.Plenty of parking, carts to load/unload luggage. Easy access to the beach and pool. Not a far drive to restaurants and shopping.Don & Jean checked in out us before arrival and during our visit. Very attentive and was nice to meet them around the property! We had a great time.

This trip was very much needed by my sisters and me. We enjoyed every minute of it. We mainly enjoyed the beach and the relaxing time we had. Nothing was planned and we did just what we chose to do. Our room was great. The owners were friendly and helpful. The weather was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend to unwind and take time for ourselves. Can’t wait to do it again.

Don was an awesome property manager. He communicated with me before I checked in the place was just as it was advertised and I really enjoyed my stay.

This condo is very small, exactly as described in the listing. Perfect for a couple. The kitchen is big enough to make a meal and has the basic dishes you need. The check-in process was easy and exactly as described in the email I received. The owners were available if we needed anything.

The room was not clean. My definition of clean is I am not afraid to walk barefoot on the floors or touch the shower curtain. The pictures are misleading. You can't see the beach at all, only the street. I will definitely not rent this unit again.

Nice little studio, enjoyed our stay

My fiancé and I had a great time staying here, Don Taylor kept us well informed and provided timely responses to any questions we had. The room was perfect and I will definitely be looking at Sugar Beach as an option going forward!

Was a great quiet place to enjoy or 36th anniversary

We arrived and was able to get right in the condo. It was small but just as it was pictured. The owner was on site so when we needed anything he was there right away. The condo could use some updates such as paint and the ceiling needs fixed in spots that were falling. Other then that we would definitely stay again in the future with this owner as he has several other condos. This was our first time in Orange Beach Alabama and we loved it.

Sugar Beach Condo is conveniently on the beach and is minutes from all of the restaurants and shopping. I love that they have multiple pools, grills, & the Sugar Shack. The property manager, Don, made sure we had everything that we need and that we could call if we needed anything. We had a great time!

I enjoyed staying at the Sugarbeach condominiums. It’s simple and has cute decorations. I felt welcomed being there. You cannot beat a friendly service and the price is wonderful!

Our stay was great! Don was very helpful and he let us know that if we needed anything, just call him day or night. Our studio was a little dated but it has everything we needed. Full kitchen and bathroom. Ice cold AC, comfortable bed, TV, etc. The pools are nice and it's a short walk to the beach. The sugar shack has good food and beverages as well! All said, for $99/night we will come back again! The whole experience was awesome!

Don was wonderful! He called us on our way in to make sure we knew the process of checking in, we had to call him shortly after arriving because we lost the key and he responded quickly and was very very nice about the whole situation. Great location with beautiful beaches! We will return in the future!!

This is the second time staying at Sugar beach. We love the condos here. It's big enough to feel like a getaway and small enough to still feel like a home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay the only problem was we had a problem with the elevator being down only one elevator working

Our stay was great! Very easy and laid back environment!

Our property manager was extremely accommodating, our room had a awful smelll upon arrival so we were moved rooms but due to the problem of having not a room available for the length of our stay, we had to switch again halfway through our trip. Multiple pool closures at the condo complex resulted in no one knowing where to go tanning/swimming for three days. The construction that was occurring 10ft from the property(and our balcony) began at 7 am and didn’t finish until 7am. We couldn’t have the door wall open or use the balcony at all. It was so loud you couldn’t talk over it and the dust that coated everything wasn’t worth wiping down every two seconds. We spent majority of our days outside of the condo doing activities bc the condo was such a disappointment. I’ve stayed at sugar beach for 10 years and never have had an experience like this before
