LOW Floor in Calypso - Same as Walkover w/ Gulf-Front Master - NO Elevator!

I was a little concerned about being so close to the pool and the elevator, but we had no issues. we were able to enjoy sitting on the balcony at all times of the day. The pool was great. The access to the beach was very accessible. The only thing we missed was having a Keurig.

Had a great stay. Loved the location. We always love to stay on the 3rd floor. No noise what so ever from the elevators that are right outside the door made it very convenient to use. Just love sitting in the deck and enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves.

Condo was very clean and even had a fan which was so nice as we were only down for two days. Access to condo was so easy and the bed was pretty comfy.

I paid 60.00 dollars for aparking pass that would not work. I had to argue with the person in the speaker every time i would leave or return to the property. This made my vacation very successful.

We have gone to Panama for years. I will say this was EXACTLY as pictured. It was very clean and the best location. We walked everywhere. Probably now my new favorite. The owners were wonderful about getting right back with us. The only inconvenience was not knowing where to go to check in. Over all excellent. Oh yeah the staff here was great too.

Close to the walkway and right be the elevator. Very quiet even with the proximity of the elevator. We stayed two weeks and had very few issues and will definitely be back.

Checking in was a little rough but management was very helpful. Place is wonderful, perfect being on the 3rd floor and being able to use the crossover from the parking garage. Beautiful view from the balcony. We had a wonderful birthday weekend. Lots to do and see and walking distance to a lot of stores.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The description is spot on. We couldn’t have been anymore pleased. The location is within walking distance to everything need. We will for sure be returning. Thanks for helping to make such a perfectly relaxing weekend.

I got a last minute booking at a really nice resort. It was Memorial Day weekend and last minute so hard to really complain. The place was really clean and easy to access.My only gripe would be the info on the page. Im not sure if the person I spoke with actually checks the place or not but when I was told there were no chairs and umbrellas in the room, there were. No mention in the listing of what kind of coffee pot they had. We brought K-Cups and it was a traditional coffee carafe. As for parking I cant complain about that since a one room only allows 1 space in the garage. Calypso needs to open that up more because there were a ton of parking at the top of the garage. I ended up paying 40 cash a day to park outside across from the Osprey.So overall i give it a 4.5 out of 5. A couple minor tweaks with the description so you're not walking in blind then you got the perfect stay. The host was very prompted about responding to messages, so that was a plus.

Everything was very good. Clean, homey, nicely setup. Would stay there again.

Great spot for a getaway

The property was perfectly located to take advantage of everything from the beautiful beach to dining/shopping. The unit was well equipped with essentials to enjoy our stay. Was perfect for our short getaway.

The only complaint was someone smoking on their porch and the smoke coming into condo or at us on our porch. Second year we had smokers ruin the enjoyment of sitting outside.

We were not disappointed with our stay. The website pictures were accurate. Being on the 3rd floor was so convenient to everything. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. Will be back next year.

Overall, I would do it again. Same place. Some light maintenance and new furniture would make a huge improvement.

Loved the condo, facility, location, gym and pool. It was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and we loved it. We came to celebrate our 28th anniversary. It was perfect. I do not like parking garages, but i was not afraid to be in this one. The guards on duty were comforting. They seemed to always make their presence known wherever we were on the property. Love the decor and room darkening drapes. Would love to see a Kurig coffee pot. I brought my own this time. The red chairs on the balcony are uncomfortable. Plenty of clean towels and bed linens were provided and we appreciated that. The functionality of a keyless entry, 2 sliders from master and living room. My husband appreciated the smart TV in the living room so he could access his subscriptions. The gym was clean and well equiped. Everything in the condo was was clean and orderly.

Reviewer Comments: Parking and obtaining the carts to load/unload your luggage was very annoying and time consuming. There was no access to a charcoal grill to cook on. No hot tub access available. I killed 3 roaches in the condo. There was a tiki bar right beside the pool, which was very nice, yet we were not allowed to have alcohol near the pool. Compared to all the other resorts/condos we have stayed in we will not be back to stay here again.

Super easy to get to everything. Great location! Great view. The room is located next to the elevator and we were worried about noise but that was never an issue it was a huge convenience! We would definitely recommend this place!

Upon arrival, I was impressed with how clean the rental was, how accurate the listing was and the location. The view was amazing. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this unit to anyone!
