Stayed Jul 2, 2025We spent so much money but the place was horrible. It was dirty there, there were bugs near the toilets, the bedsheets had orange stains and the pillows as well, the sofa and seats too. There wasn’t even things that we could use like soap & napkins. The elevator broke down, they didn’t tell anybody. The people next door were stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes. You also couldn’t even open the sliding door. The checkout time was at 10 am, they closed the wristband to open the doors way before that time. My family and I are so disappointed because we paid too much money for this place, it’s not worth it, don’t stay here. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

Stayed Jul 10, 2023I was charged a big cleaning fee and when we got there it was So Dirty. I had to go get bleach,cleaning supplies and start cleaning the entire condo. I paid big bucks to stay at that condo and thought since I was paying big money it would have been cleaned since I was charged a cleaning fee but I was sadly disappointed. It’s not how I wanted to spend my vacation but I couldn’t let my family stay in a place so dirty.
