This updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo features custom tilework throughout and all of the comforts of home to make an unforgettable vacation. The Phoenix VII condo sleeps up to 10 guests and has an extended balcony.

The living room has two recliners, two swivel rockers, a Queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress and a large flatscreen television equipped with Satellite TV.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with white appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinetry. The refrigerator is equipped with filtered water. A wide breakfast bar seat two with high-backed chairs.

The nearby wood dining table has a rustic charm and seating for six.

Guests can relax in the master bedroom with a King-size four-poster bed with a new mattress, a new leather recliner, and a flatscreen television tucked in an entertainment cabinet. The bedroom has an ensuite master bath with a double-sink vanity, a new chair-height toilet, new tile flooring and a new walk-in, tiled shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed with a new mattress and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The guest bathroom has a single-sink vanity and a bathtub and shower combination.

Two Queens (new mattresses) are in the third bedroom with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

For ultimate convenience, a full-size stacked washer and dryer are nestled in the hall closet.

The wide balcony, one of largest at Phoenix VII, has tilework with an image of a dolphin in front of a setting sun. A new bar-height table with four chairs as well as two chaise lounge chairs and a new glider are ready for pure coastal relaxation.

Phoenix VII features an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, a sauna and a grilling area.

The beachfront condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 8 miles east of State Highway 59.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    We enjoyed our stay and all the staff were nice. The only complaint is the pools and outside courts technically close early but it’s hit or miss if they make everyone leave. Friday and Saturday night there were people at the pool (just outside our room) drinking, smoking, extremely loud music until 1 am.

    We enjoyed this condo unit. It was on the second floor which was very convenient because the elevators are very slow so being able to take the stairs was a plus. It overlooks the pool and the beach which was nice.

    Great location. Close walk to beach. 2nd floor allowed ease of using stairs to avoid the crowded, delayed elevators. Drive to grocery store was short, if you needed items to prepare food/drinks. Condo was very comfortable for a group of 9 (six adults and three kids).

    Rental process was easy and price was fair. The property was large enough and even though it is a lower floor we still had a great view of the dolphins playing each morning. The balcony does look down over the pool so until It closes at 11 pm you have that noise. It did not bother us though we stay up late. We will consider this property again for our family.

    Supposed to be none smoking unit but there were cigarettes butts all over the balcony floor and it looked like it had not been swept in months. I informed the front desk but all they said was they would put it in the notes so they would know they were not my cigarettes. Floors, baseboards and some of the furniture was dusty. Some of the furniture was soiled. Mildew was in shower and washer. The televisions in the master and the back bedroom did not work and there was a barstool broken at the bar. My friend sat down and almost fell. All of the floor mats were old so they looked dirty/soiled or maybe were dirty. Baseboards and air vents were dirty/dusty. The best thing I can say about this unit is that in is in a great location. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. The photos are misleading but I did speak with the reception desk, I did not speak with any owners.

    The condo was very nice. The balcony was perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade. Plenty of room to spend family time outside. Furnishings were very nice as well. We would definitely recommend.

    Wonderful time had by all. The condo was clean and well furnished. You couldn't ask for a better location, the beach and view from our balcony was breathtaking. We had a group of 8(4 adults/4 children) and everyone had plenty of space and room to move about very comfortably. Definitely will be returning and would stay in the same place over and over for years to come! Thank you so much for the memories made!
