Low Cost Vacation Condo at Vidanta Resort Access to Grand Mayan Pools and Beach

Donovan is extremely responsive and was very helpful throughout the entire rental process, he was a pleasure to work with. Normally this would be a 5-star review because it is a nice property, great price and in a good location. However, if you have actually stayed on the Vidanta Resort (Grand Mayan, Grand Luxxe, etc) you will most likely be disappointed. While located very close in proximity to Vidanta, and technically is part of Vidanta, this Condo feels very separate. Some people may like that. it's much more secluded and quiet. But you can only access the main resort via a golf cart which has to be called every time you want to go or return to the condo. Even though you are only a few hundred yards from other units, there are no walking trails connecting this to Vidanta, which means that every trip to the pools, gym, La Plaza or dining within Vidanta will have to start after you get dropped off at the Taxi stand...not really central to anything which means at least 1, if not 2 more cart rides depending on where you are going. That adds quite a bit of time and complexity getting to/from the resort. On the other hand, if you are looking for a very large condo that can hold lots of people, with a beautiful HUGE,pool and you want to hang out and maybe venture over to the Vidanta resort once or twice during the week, then this is a great option. It had lots of space, the pool was huge and warm, and completely uncrowded. And unlike the units at Vidanta, it was really nice having a washer & dryer right there in our unit (though it is just outside of the 3rd bedroom and can make it noisy for whoever is staying in there). One note about the 3rd bedroom. It is VERY small, much smaller than the other 2 which are good sized, it's maybe only 7x9 with a full-size bed.and a small night stand (there isn't room for anything else). And this room only has a small 4 duct running AC into it, so it does not cool like the rest of the house and will be hotter than the other rooms. Overall it's a beautiful unit,and Donovan is 1st class in his service. But because of the separation from Vidanta and small 3rd bedroom I can't quite give it 5 stars.

Donovan was very prompt with any assistance we needed even though he was in a different country! Beautiful quiet pool! Staff were courteous and helpful as well.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment. The owner is very nice to work with and the service team in the building is very helpful. Love this place.

Super beautiful condo on the sixt floor, with an astonishing view to Banderas Bay (you can see Puerto Vallarta, Vidanta, a golf course and the beautiful large pool of Seibal. The condo is big and built with very fine materials. We loved it here, and want to come back soon.

The suite was very spacious with big bright windows with a beautiful view over the golf course and pool which was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with a new fridge and stove that I loved. We had friends over for supper and everything we needed was there. They had a wonderful new king size bed that was so comfortable. New washing machine was awesome. We were warmly greeted by the staff on arrival. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a very quite and relaxing place to return to after a busy day at the beach and Grand Mayan resort. Many good restaurants nearby either within walking distance or by security golf cart. Also many restaurants within a short cab ride. Also we took the bus into Puerto Vallarta to the Melacon and many more excellent restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming here again.

This condo was perfect for me and my family (6), open, spacious, clean, pretty and affordable - I can't imagine ever being confined to a hotel room. We shopped at Walmart, easy cab ride from the condo's location, for food and ate our meals at home after playing hard and touring the city all day, every day. We were given access to the Mayan Resort located next door with their beautiful pools, beach, and spa. Seibal's pool is also amazing, large and clean, we spent lots of time enjoying this pool too. The owner and the staff of this property were courteous, generous, and always helpful. We felt 100% safe at all times. Me and my family did not want to leave and can't wait until we are able to go back again. Thank you so much for everything!!
