    Location is on the very south end of the island. Within walking distance to Salty Dog. Unit is clean but outdated. Has everything you need and in a quiet area. Great for a weeks stay! Great view of Braddock Cove from the balcony!

    Property looks worn. Needs new mattress. Bedroom rug very worn. Had a good time. Beach right across street. Property is livable, but showing age.

    Everything was nicely cleaned upon arrival . Kitchen was stocked perfectly . Noticed there wasn’t a pizza cutter so that would be nice for future stays. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall just needs a repair . Would be nice to have some plastic cups / plates available for kids use . The pull out mattress in the couch was comfy for kids although for the older folks with bad backs it would be nice to have a mattress topper added. The views from the patio are beautiful and it was very peaceful ! Overall we really enjoyed our stay !!
