Lovely Studio in the Heart of Waikiki – A/C, Wi-Fi, FREE Parking! Sleeps 2

Perfect location if you are just staying in Waikiki. Walking distance to all the shops and beach. Even better is the assigned private parking if you are renting a car. Used the one light-weight beach chair and umbrella on all of our beach adventures. One needed touch that someone else mentioned is the smoke detector, it will go off not matter how hot your shower is, I even tried to place next to the a/c unit while my wife was in shower and it still went off. After that I put it on the patio for every shower. Super easy check in/out. Amazing and thank you!

Apartment has comfortable large king size bed, good air con, nicely furnished with everything you need. Kitchen & bathroom cabinetry is very dated but not a major problem. Also, smoke alarm goes off from shower steam if the door is open. We enjoyed our stay & would happily stay here again. Property manager was excellent and the property was very clean and tidy.

Great location nearby many stores and restaurants

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Walkable distance to everything we wanted to do. Parking space was easy to access. Very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom door super noisy, shower head not very good, It had only one old beach chair that was not much fun to carry to the beach, we left one there that we bought ourselves but it is cheap and will not last long.

I was not sure what to expect upon arrival, due to staying in the same building but in a different room from Aug 22-26. I was able to check in early after reaching out to the property manager. To my surprise, this place was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable for two. Definitely would book again.

Wonderful little apartment right on Kuhio and Seaside. Came with a parking space which was fantastic. Within 2 blocks walking distance of Waikiki beach and all the shopping on the main drag. Close to a lot of restaurants that don't cost as much as the ones on Kalakaua. Security was also good. Some parking thief stole our spot one night and left the lights on. The guard knocked on our door to let us know. I talked story with him the next day and he told me about his days flying combat missions in the AC-130. Speaking of the stolen spot, the rental company was great to work with. They found us a secondary parking spot in the garage in under five minutes. James was also very responsive whenever we had a question about the property. The only two small gripes we had was a slight smell from the garbage disposal in the sink and at night it got a little noisy from all the neighborhood bars but honestly it's not that bad. And if you're doing a Hawaiian vacation right, you'll be so tired from shopping or hiking or swimming that you'll be passing out regardless. Perfect location and very clean place to stay for a vacation! It’s nice that it’s walking distance to the beach and the main shopping street. Feels very safe because you need a key fob to get to any of the floors of the building. Also really enjoyed that there was a fridge, dish washer, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The only things that made it unpleasant was the door getting inside was difficult to use and the bathroom light stopped working. We called to get it fixed but no one responded.

My husband and I thought this was overall a good place to stay. Pros: The room itself is clean but the building not so much. The location is very close to Waikiki, it took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. 5 to walk to various shops and dining. Cons: Since the location is so close to the shopping center and beach it can get pretty loud at night. We were on the 11th floor and could hear everything from music from the restaurant down the street to cars and people yelling. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you can as the pillows provided are pretty bad. We had to stack multiple pillows on top of each other to make them decent to sleep on. We did not spend a lot of time in the room as we were out exploring, if you are looking for something like that this is your place!
