IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE Updated - Spring, 2025
Ft. Myers Beach and the surrounding area was hit by Hurricane Ian in late September 2022. Many of the island's vacation homes and condominiums are still recovering and many are still not available as rentals.
The Santa Maria Harbour Resort property was exceptionally fortunate and although the exterior landscaping and outbuildings were damaged, the main building and individual condo units fared very well and are currently occupied.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024My adult children, husband and I stayed for a week and the condo was amazing. The owner gave us all of the information we needed for our stay. We had a great time, the complex was clean and well kept - we really enjoyed the pool and viewing the manatees in the marina. The beach access was just down the road and we could walk to CVS or the 7/11 for just about anything we needed.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024My husband and I and two adult daughters stayed here for a spring getaway. The condo had everything we needed, including beach towels and beach chairs. It was very clean and well-maintained. Loved looking out over the huge beautiful pool, and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners were very attentive and responsive. Loved the location on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024This property was well equipped, spacious, well kept and maintained. It was exactly as described in the VRBO listing with no disappointments. The spacious pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The proximity to the beach was a definite plus. A definite 5 star experience!

Stayed Oct 26, 2023This property is on FMB at my favorite location. Condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. Owners (Frank and Shirley) were great to work with and communicated often. Highly recommend their property! It is fully functional post Ian.
