Lovely Palm Desert Charmer

Beware!! Drew cancelled my 7 night reservation upon arrival to the gate. My family of 5 plus dog and 600 in groceries were left without a place to stay for hours!! Drew told us to call VRBO bc he could not help us. VRBO wanted to put us up in a hotel room for the one night with mini refrigerators that would not fit all of our food because they did not have an equivalent accommodation. Plus we would’ve had to move all of our items to another accommodation on the 2nd night. Completely unacceptable. No accountability from Drew or VRBO. No compensation for the more expensive last minute booking with another service. After a couple of exchanges that sounded like VRBO would take care of us we were completely ghosted by Drew and VRBO. Worst experience ever. Sadly, Drew has at least 6 rentals….so be careful not to book his rentals. I booked this one over 6 months ago and committed to his rental requirement of 7 nights…even though I was looking for a 3-4 night stay. Horrible treatment. I am fairly certain Drew will not be held accountable by VRBO from leaving us stranded in Palm Springs for our family Christmas.

Great location. Nice amenities. Drew is a wonderful considerate host. This was our third time at his place and hope to return next year.

We had a great time at this property - everything we needed to cook our own meals, space for our family - a large pool just outside the back patio. Drew is very attentive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful time, space enough in the condo to spread out and each have some alone time, yet cozy enough to all hang out together. The condo is well equipped, from coffee makers, to great kitchen wares and an air fryer (which is a huge bonus with you have young adults with you!) We stayed in a similar condo managed by Drew last year, and were grateful to return and have this time to step away and relax. Beds are comfy, even the sofa bed! Would recommend this unit to others and stay again ourselves.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location to a pool was 40 feet from our patio. The unit was as clean as any unit we have rented over the last 25 years and had all new appliances. We know where to stay when we come back to Palm Springs.

It was a great property. Very clean and steps to the pool. It was a little too hot for us to take advantage of the bikes and golf cart. Great manager Drew always a call away. Allowed us early check in which was appreciated!

Lovely break in a wonderful area

I have been hosted by Drew made use of his beautiful property for the 3rd time now and he remains the consistent reason why I come back. His properties are clean, elegant, and perfectly located to pool access. His communication pre and post trip ensured all details of our trip went smoothly. Prompt to answer the simplest of questions. My girls and I look forward to coming back again.

The property was well stocked, beds were super comfortable and pullout clean. AC super cold which was appreciated with the humidity. Our family enjoyed the pool steps outside the patio, grill and the golf cart. We were with a group and rented 3 units from Drew. He was very accommodating and added us on to each others units to allow us to go back and forth across gated areas. Drew’s communication was on point and quick to answer all questions/requests. Highly recommend his properties and will rent again if in Palm Springs. Thanks for everything!

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet and comfortable stay at this property over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was well-appointed and accurate to the description in the listing - plenty of towels, cooking supplies, and even a nice bottle of wine upon check-in. We took advantage of the great fitness, tennis, pool, and golf facilities at Desert Falls Country Club, and even went for a bike ride around the community on the cruisers that were in the garage. Unfortunately, the advertised golf cart wasn't available during our stay, but we got by just fine without that perk. We would definitely stay again.

Beautifully renovated unit. Very well appointed and very clean. Beds are comfy and the proximity to the pool is great! Would definitely book this unit again. Drew is pleasure to work with and made the process seamless!
