Stayed Jun 1, 2025We travelled from Alaska to Federal Way for a surgery. While this condo is not new or fancy, it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Very close to Virginia Mason facilities, shady and cool even in a heat wave. Excellent shady 1/4 mile driveway loop for initial rehabilitation walks, and many wonderful trails/bike paths nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-2 miles) Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and kind. Responses from the host to our questions were almost instantaneous and very helpful.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Location was perfect and central to family needs. The place was dark and needs updating. My family refused to use the kitchen. The shower pressure was great and the complex it was located in was quiet. They reported the bed was not comfortable but they managed. The property manager was kind and responsive. It all just needs a deep cleaning which can be fixed easily.
