Lovely Kanab Condo in Dwtn, 30 mi to Zion NP!

We had a great stay here. We loved the pool and hot tub after all the hiking we did. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Nice location, comfortable place, but the smell was horrible. I couldn’t sleep the first night, finally went out back and eventually to my truck to sleep. Skipped the family hike the next morning and bought a bunch of glade plugins and vinegar. Placed bowls of vinegar all over the house. It was so bad my son looked under the beds thinking we would find a dead animal. Towels smelled awful, like they were dried, but not washed. Bought some laundry detergent and washed them. Washer and dryer were nice to have! Was offered 50 to cover the cost of the stuff I bought, which is nice.

We enjoyed our stay as a family and condo was close to all we were planning to do. Very clean and comfortable.Would stay again.

Chose the property because of the price, it has a pool and is close to the Kanab community pool. It checked all those boxes. Good place. Would stay again

Love the amount of sleep space and bathroom counters. They had everything we could need in the kitchen, pool towels, plenty of bath towels. Property was clean and the check in was easy once I found my confirmation email. I would stay again when visiting the Kanab area.

Stayed four nights. Property was very nice. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans etc. Goodcentral location for hiking trips.

Townhome was the perfect size for my family in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything in kanab and nearby parks.

Management company very responsive. Place was clean, perhaps a bit dated. Could use some minor updating and maintenance.

This was the perfect spot for our family (two families with two kids each) to stay as a base for all adventures. Easy access and quick to Zion, Bryce, Page (Arizona) and more. Kanab is a big enough town to have everything you need while being quaint and quiet. We were able to start gaze at Pink Sands and be home to still wake up and hike. Kitchen had all we needed and beds were comfy.

Nice location and amenities

Property was well maintained and able to do multiple loads of laundry mid-trip. Host Communication was always quick turnaround for questions and being closer to the East entrance to Zion gave us a wonderful drive through the park getting to the visitor center each day rather than coming up through Springdale. Pool/hot-tub access 15 yards from the back door was nice. The club house workout area is small but nobody was ever in it so it didn't affect us. Quick grocery run saved us a ton being able to cook our own breakfast and dinner each day and pack lunches for hikes vs finding somewhere to eat out for 5 people (but there are options if that's your thing). There's only one shower/ toilet upstairs with jack and Jill sinks off either side if that matters to your family dynamic or who spends the longest in the shower. Half bath on main floor too. Would recommend and stay again.
