Great place but check-in was horrible did not send us what parking spaces or the unit number just address of building ….directions to find elevator would be helpful as one in garage goes to restaurant

Spacious and the bathrooms all had warm water and the fridge had a water and ice dispenser

Perfect location for Springfest. Clean over all. Very happy.One coach could be updated and attach headboard to one bed.

I was traveling with two little ones, and was concerned about their safety. We had to sit them on the couch, while the adults did a walkthrough and cleaned up. There were Vapes left behind, broken glass all over the porch. Broken lamps, dust all around every floorboard that you could see from far away. Ripped comforters, large hairballs -the most concerning being the broken glass and vapes left behind. When communicated with property manager they responded quickly stating somebody would be over. We never heard from them again and nobody came over. The place had great potential and was a great place if they just cleaned it up, and then would communicate with their guests. Make sure to overpack what you think you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. In all the other rentals I've stayed at, the kitchen and bathroom was more stocked with everyday items. I did ask before check in and they stated they would have enough supplies to get us started, I didn't realize that was a napkin draped over the toilet paper holder. I was disappointed first coming to this rental and not being able to get an early check in due to them cleaning and finding the rental in that condition dirty and unsafe. And the lack of trying to correct the problem was very disappointing.

Condo was great, basically three en-suites so it's perfect for 3 couples. Very near the beach and boardwalk. Superb location. Maybe bring your own toaster as we had to use the broil setting in the oven to make toast.

In off season this is a great value!!!

Location, Balcony , 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, New floors.,

Great place to stay for our vacation. It was clean and well taken care of; stocked kitchen and plenty of extra linens. Large balcony was fabulous with relaxing view of marina. Location was perfect for us (short walk to boards and beach!) but it can be somewhat noisy at night with windows open due to close proximity to boardwalk and rides. We would definitely stay here again.

My extended family stayed in Emerson Towers 301. Upon our arrival we noticed that the condo looked very used and not what you would expect after paying $5800. The carpets were stained and warn. The decor was dusty and looked like it was thrown together to furnish a house as cheap as possible. The ceiling fan in the living room and master bedroom did not work. The couches are very old and droopy. The condo did not appear to have a professional cleaner. Floors were still very dirty; appliances were not clean. The bathtub in the bedroom with 2 double beds didn't drain so we had to share our shower with our daughter and granddaughter. The sink in the master bedroom (closest to the entry way) was very slow to drain. The toilet paper dispenser was coming off the wall. One of the key fabs did not allow us in the parking lot. One day 2 the fire detector was chirping due to the backup battery or wires that provided backup. I called Vacasa to place a work order to have someone out ASAP and also fix the issues with the drains etc and no one arrived. I used their text number to place requests for the same issues and as I was leaving, I received a phone call from a service person who was at the door to fix one of the problems. He was unaware that I checked out that day and apologized the problems were not fixed. He mentioned that the ticket must have been originally ignored or lost. I would not recommend staying at Emerson Towers 301. Note: 2 days before I was due to arrive to a family vacation with 19 family members total (all renting in the same area) I was told that the condo I originally booked was cancelled due to a pest problem. Had that not happened I would have never been moved to this condo. Now I know why it was still available 2 days before I left for one of the busiest vacation weeks. The entire condo situation was very upsetting, and I don't plan to go to OC next year with my family. I hope this helps people make an informed decision.
