Lovely GULF FRONT unit with amazing Beach Views from the balconies of LR and MB!

It is a wonderful condo with a fantastic location right on the beach. We enjoyed being able to just walk down the stairs and be right there on the beach. Having assigned chairs was an absolute plus!The condo was clean and recently renovated so it made it a very enjoyable experience.

Location, location, location. And now the interior is beautiful! Beach chairs & umbrella are a great added value. The stairs to the third floor aren't fun; wish there was some kind of dumb-waiter to get stiff up there, but that view up there is terrific. We'll be back for our 3rd stay next year!

Recently updated with a very beachy decor. Beautiful view directly looking at the gulf, steps to beach. Unit was very clean and provided everything we needed.

The location was exactly what I wanted. The condo was very recently remodeled. Top notch. I will be back.

Perfect week. Property is awesome. Private beach really makes it special

We arrived after long drive to find that check in is no longer at the rental agency. Was told get key out of lockbox on door of unit using code. Got to unit dragging stuff up 3 flights of stairs to find code already in lock but no key. Had to call for key, no can't deliver, had to drive back to office to get the extra. Upon entry hit with the smell of mold/mildew and dirty carpet that also smelled of dog and their accidents especially in the bedroom. Found we had just two hand towels, no dish rags, and no wash clothes. Plenty of bath towels. A call to the office to be told would deliver rest of towels early in the morning, which never came. Had to call again 3 pm 2nd day to ask again (also told agent place was filthy, but met with indifference). Bag of missing towels came within an hour. Worst thing was how dirty the unit was. 1. Dirty worn stained carpet and disgusting throw rugs. Found good vacuum cleaner, only to find did not work well. Opened up to find NO vacuum bag.. hair, sand and dirt just blowing around inside of it, which clogged it up. Spent 45 minutes cleaning it all out, found bags in unit, installed one. Vacuum cleaner then picked up gobs of dirt, hair, and even corn flakes under the table. Really people? 2. Nasty balcony. Two sets of chairs, one old set was ripped, worn and nasty. Put those aside in the corner along with the dirty ashtray (so much for no smoking) and broken sea shells decoration, which were both heavily covered with dirt and spider webs. Table had not been wiped down in weeks, stained, food particles, and sticky. Swept a lot of dirt off the floor. Railing has huge chunks of paint peeling off. 3. Every surface in the unit was sticky, grimy, and dirty. Bought cleaning supplies at Walmart at own expense (no cleaning supplies in unit at all) then proceeded to clean and disinfect. (So much for Covid cleaning). All cabinet tops, doors, and handles everywhere sticky and dirty. Had to clean dirty windows on balcony also. 4. Bathtub drain clogged up, had to buy drain cleaner (more expense) and use toilet plunger to unplug several times. 5. Toilet paper roller missing in main bath (called to let know). 6. Two of 3 drawers in kitchen won't open (hits fridge and stove). Really dumb kitchen design. 7. Flea market mismatch over abundance dishes, cups, etc. and platters in every cabinet. Didn't expect to spend first day cleaning this unit. Management does not care here. Would never return.
