This amazing condo is very clean and very spacious. Conveniently located just 1.1 miles from the strip (Approximately 2-6 minutes drive/ 15-22 minutes walk/ 8 minutes on the bus) which is a great distance to keep you near everything and enough far away from all the noise and traffic. Within 4-8 minutes walk from Palms, Rio and Gold Coast hotels and casinos which offers shuttles, a great variety of restaurants, shops and shows.

Stayed Sep 6, 2023We loved the spaciousness of the condo, and the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed; scissors, Keurig, extra garbage bags, all the little details were thoughtful. The security staff on the property were friendly and helpful. Owner Paul was very responsive to our questions, and flexible as needed.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025This was a great location for us! An easy walk to the Rio and Golden Nugget Casino. There is a Walgreens across the street as well. Our host was communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable. The coffee was stocked, which was a plus!

Stayed Jul 22, 2025We arrived at this place very late at night after checking in at 3 PM. Everything went smoothly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the location has a gate with security guards, which made us feel safe. The security guards were friendly and understanding about our accommodation. Overall, it was very easy to access, and we had no trouble getting through the gate. We just needed to show proof of our reservation, but at first, we were a little unsure about it. However, we figured everything out. Just be sure to follow the instructions they send you and take care before jumping in. We will definitely return to this place if we plan a trip to Vegas.MR.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025We had a great time staying in this property, only complaint was that we didn't stay longer! There was great communication with the host before our stay which made the check in/out process a breeze. The property was gated in with security which made me much more comfortable about parking my vehicle outside. We used uber to get to the strip and ride only took a couple minutes and was never more than 20. There was even filled ice trays in the freezer when we arrived! This property is a great home base for your vegas adventures.

Stayed May 30, 2024Met some friends in Vegas for a few concerts at Sphere and it was a perfect fit for us. Bit of a lengthy walk to the strip in the heat, but easy to bus, ride share or drive and park. Condo was perfect for two couples. The space is clean and comfortable, and the host is very accommodating and responsive.
