Lovely Condo just 100 steps to the Sand Beach

This property was in a great location and the owners were great. Thanks for a nice stay.

This was a home. It was beautifully decorated and had a very homey touch. The only downside was the living room furniture. Everything was too low and hard for our Golden Girl vacation. The pool was very small and went from 3 feet to 4 1/2 feet. We didn't mind, but other might find this a negative. Joan and Martha were very responsive and nice to communicate with when we had a couple minor issues.

We loved the condo and the closeness to the beach. The pool is tiny, but the kids played there for hours and had a great time. There was a problem with checkout based on a dishonest assessment of the property by the cleaning person. The owner assumed it was true before asking us about it. We were able to prove it was false and received an apology. Although the place itself is fantastic, we won't be back due to the way we were treated by the owner and the dishonesty of the cleaning person.

This property was exactly as described: clean, well appointed, 100 feet to the beach, easily accessible to all that north Myrtle Beach has to offer, and a delightful home away from home. The joy of staying at a condo where you have a full kitchen, en suite washer and dryer, separate bedrooms, separate dining, living area, and separate outdoor patio space. And the owners are amazingly nice, warm, and welcoming humans. If you’re looking for the perfect place for you, a couple, or a family to stay in North Myrtle Beach, I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the property and all its amenities. Easy walk to the beach. Elevator provides easy access and parking worked well.

Excellent location and property

We really loved staying here! Everytbing was easy. The owners were super quick to respond, and the checkout list of tasks was really small! It's across the street from the beach, but the street was never very busy, so crossing with kids and a wagon was a breeze. Also, where we accessed the beach wasn't in front of a high rise that reserves the high rises that charge to reserve unbrellas up front while everyone else has an obstructed ocean view!

The condo was perfect for my family. Easy access to the beach which was not overly crowded. Close to food and outlets. Very clean. Added bonus it had wagon to take items to the beach. Great communication with owners who were great to get right back to me with questions.

Everything was exactly as described in the condo when we arrived. Very clean, with plenty of towels and washcloths, which is always a plus for us. They were amazing to supply beach chairs in great condition, a large umbrella AND a wagon to take all those things easily to the beach. And the condo is super close to ocean front which is even nicer. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely book again. And as a side note, the owner called me on the first day to check to make sure everything was good. I thought that was a sweet touch. Thank you so much!

Our family summer vacation couldn't have been any better while staying here. Its a beautiful condo with all the amenities you could ask for and the perfect location. Not an over crowded area and just a few steps from the beach. The owners are as friendly and accommodating as they can be and even allowed us to use their beach equipment. Such a blessing to find a wonderful place and people. We will definitely be going back. Thank you John and Martha.

We truly enjoyed staying here. It was in a quiet area. Literally steps from the beach. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Cozy home with excellent location to beach. Helpful beach and home amenities so you don't have to pack so much. Clean and well cared for, quiet neighbors. Family environment outside of the much busier central MB locations. Made for a peaceful and relaxing time at the beach for our family of five. Would definitely recommend!
