Lovely beachfront condo with balcony views, pools, tennis & gym

Great! Best view we’ve ever had from an accommodation. Beautifully furnished with everything you need even stocked with games. Golden Sands has indoor and outdoor pools, gym, game room, private beach, tiki bar with food and drinks and more. Highly recommend.

I normally don't write reviews but this apartment deserves a good review. It's a great apartment with great views and amenities. But what really stood out was how well maintained it was with many little thoughtful things around the apartment to make you feel welcome. It was extremely clean and a stack of clean towels was waiting for us when we got there. The kitchen had good appliances and lot of dishes, pots and pans to be able to make breakfast or a good meal. Good beds with a lot of sheets and pillows. Overall a very relaxing stay with everything you need to enjoy with family or friends.

Master bath shower was excellent, beds super comfortable, place was clean, great washer/drier. Updated appliances. Well stocked kitchen.

Pros- decorated nicely-comfortable beds Cons- Too bright in second bedroom due to hall light. Bring eye mask. Elevators are very slow and don’t always work. We were stuck for 20 minutes with call button and alarm not bringing anyone to help. Noise - renters or owners above made a lot of noise. Sounded like furniture being moved from early morning until late at night. Would not rent in his building again.

This unit was great! It is nicely decorated, lots of hooks to hang things, master bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean. Appreciated all the ceiling fans and air conditioning the week we were there. The location is close to the grocery store and some restaurants. There are limited elevators so sometimes we had to wait but we could also take the stairs! Highly recommend this rental!

Bathrooms & kitchen nicely remodeled. Small unit with plenty of storage for your belongings except hall closet has full size washer & dryer which leaves little room for beach gear. Large condo building so had to wait for elevators from time to time. Not a deal breaker, you just need patience. Pool, tiki bar & ice cream shop were a bonus.

This is a great unit, updated and well kept. You won’t be disappointed!
