    This was a good stay for our honeymoon. However a couple things could have been better. We found dirty dishes as well as dirty silverware. There is spots in the living room area by the bathroom where there is mismatched paint. The TV was very slow.

    The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It could use a good cleaning though. There was a horrible smell.

    The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, there were beach toys and we actually left 2 new beach umbrellas in the closet BUT The room was Very Dirty upon arrival, it literally smelled like a wet dog. I tried to contact a manager but I could not get through, I had to mop numerous times to try and get the smell out, the sofa bed and ottoman beds were really filthy, if I had a toddler I could not have stayed. The carpets were dirty, the condo needs to be updated. The kitchen sink dripped the entire time. We have stayed in Phoenix V before and have not experienced such deep down dirtiness. The tub didn’t drain very good. I rented this property because it was described as smoke free and pet free and it clearly had pets in the condo. In my opinion this condo was way overpriced. The owner need to update or lower the price!

    The condo was nice, spacious and clean but somewhat dated just as the overall property. The pull out love seat/bed (I think that's what is was) was broken and wouldn't close or open for use; it was just there taking up space. The kitchen sink also had a leak which dripped significantly the entire time.
