Lovely 7th Floor Beachfront 2BR Condo!

Our family Christmas Vacation was the best experience ever at Orange beach! We will be returning for sure!

Great place to stay. just steps from the beach. The trip was perfect.

Hosts were VERY accommodating and communicative.

Beach was beautiful. We were not told they were sand blasting rail . You know it was right next door. Call Danny gave us one night free . Wasn’t supposed to work weekends but they did host gave back all money but cleaning fee

What a great location. Facing the ocean and over the pool. Close to boardwalk. Building 3 which we were in is the best of the 5 buildings. Owner was easy to work with and quick to answer questions. Wish the beds were a little firmer but that is it. Rest of the place was fine. Very nice for the price. Great location!!

Due to balcony under construction, you could not sit down in the chairs and have a view. Wish we had been told it was under construction so we could have chosen a different condo. Also pillows on sofa need to be replace as they smell. Slept next to a lamp shade next to bed that had never been dusted. Way too much dust!

The owner was nice to fix a shower.

Very clean with a great view

Great views and access to the beach and all the area has to offer is superb. The condo was not very clean however. Mildew on the shower curtains. The floors, furniture, walls, and doors had stains or leftover residue from past spills. The ceiling in the main bedroom had clumps of dust stuck to the ceiling from lack of cleaning. Dishes and silverware needed to be cleaned prior to use as there was residue stuck on from prior use.The fishing on the beach directly in front of the condo was pretty decent however! With a deep cleaning would deserve a much higher rating.

It was completely disappointing as it’s not close to what the listing showed. It was extremely dated, wall paper faded, kitchen cabinets falling apart. The condo was far from clean, refrigerator door dirty around handles, inside top of the door is rusting. White wood work was dirty. Bathroom has black mold in shower areas and dirty walls. Ceilings show signs of mold also. The main bedroom has dirty drapes hanging and past ceiling repairs never finished looks like water leaking up stairs. Dirty , old patio furniture, railings dirty. Front entrance doorway is just nasty dirty . Building repair’s ongoing for the last week and extremely noisy and owners were informed at least 1 to 2 months prior to our stay that this was a 1 year project. We were never informed prior to our arrival. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CONDO 1 Not our first time at the Seaside but this may end us renting there

The condo was very true to the vrbo description. It had everything you'd need for the week, even a blender for beach drinks. A/C worked quite well. Balcony was spacious and had options for being out of the sun or in the sun. Would definitely return!

Everything was just as described in the description. The owner was very responsive to questions and super sweet! This unit was in the perfect location to everything! The balcony was the best part of it, oh the views!! While the unit itself is a bit dated, it really was nice. It could use a deep clean as it smelled of mildew when we arrived. There were areas that had not been cleaned in some time. In fact we were not sure the floor had been cleaned at all since the last booking. We cleaned the floor upon arrival and bought some air fresheners and it was all good. Would definitely stay there again!
