Lovely 3rd floor Corner unit! Bali inspired remodel!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at the Kaleialoha when in Maui because it's a terrific value. You can't beat the ocean front accommodations and amenities. The units are clean, quiet and spacious for two people. The biggest plus for us are the daily visits from the Sea Turtles and beautiful fish we see while snorkeling right in the ocean directly in front of the complex. We often take advantage of the BBQ area and pool. We find our stay to be loads better than staying at a crowded and over priced resort. Enjoy!

We were able to see whales, dolphins and turtles. We will be returning in August for another stay.

Always Beautiful!!!! Property was just what we were looking for!! Right on the beach, balcony, wifi, great bed/bedding, clean, functional kitchen, large shower with good counter space and all the amenities!! Very private and quiet property! Love.Love.Love.

The ever changing vistas from the lanai were a treat to experience . Sunsets, changing waves and water conditions, turtles coming up to the wall to feed off the rocks and a few whales spouting and breaching in the distance. We found the water, rocks and sand conditions not too conducive to swimming near the condo but did see people in and out of the water and paddle boarders surfing the waves. The condo is well located for walking to strip malls-about a mile or so to the food trucks behind which is a long walking trail along Kaanapali beach to Black Rock. A car is a must to get to other local beaches and bring gear for snorkelling etc. the condo was well equipped with starter supplies of tp, paper towel, Kleenex etc. and plenty of cooking and eating utensils, dishes, etc. we loved that beach chairs (backpack style),beach towels and snorkel and boogie boarding gear were there for us to use. The corner unit had cross breezes and fans to keep it comfortable. With the windows open @ night we could hear other tenants and children but all but the waves were quiet by 9:00pm. Very comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Condo not brand new but quaintly decorated and the tile floors make sand clean up easy. Overall a great stay.

We walked to nearby restaurants and shops. The steps down to the beach were a bit difficult for this 70+ swimmer to navigate. However, the grassy area with lounge chairs was fabulous for sunning! Sandy beaches were nearby to drive to, however parking could be a challenge. Was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Maui!

The sofa bed broke during our stay, and Lonelle was great in coming up with a solution, and unasked for compensation for our inconvenience. Everything was as described in the listing. I spent many hours reading and watching on the balcony. Would definitely stay at a property managed by Lonelle in the future.

There was just a mixup on our reservation the last night we needed to be moved to another unit to accommodate another guest. The other unit didn’t have AC as our original expected accommodations which initially I thought was a big deal. I expected to stay in the accommodations I reserved. Lonnie was apologetic on many occasions. I ended up adding another night stay after I booked which was confirmed to be available but approximately a week before traveling we were notified we would have to move to another unit on our last day. It all worked out and we enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was the insect 🐜 issue roaches.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, clean, and the best was the amazing view. We saw turtles every day, whales twice and the amazing sunset. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breeze through the condo was powerful enough so we didn’t need to use the fans. Close to eating places and beaches and free parking spot ( we had a car rented). Overall was an amazing place we are happy we found and we’ll stay there again when we return to Maui. Mahalo!
