Stayed Mar 22, 2025Keys did not work only one key fob worked for the pool when we arrived the place was somewhat cleaned Sheet sets didn’t match it. It’s a lot older looking once you go inside feel like the price was a little high for how old it was. An outdated views were great but again could’ve got better for the same price.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Beautiful, updated, spacious condo right on the Gulf. Close to shops and restaurants. Beach is a 2 min walk and there are 2 pools. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We absolutely love staying at Somerset! We appreciate the ease of staying on the beach especially with a toddler. We always rent a car so we can explore the island but there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This unit could use a few updates and attention to detail but overall was nice except for the couch. It needs to be replaced before we would rent this particular unit again. Clausen Properties is reliable and helpful and we would definitely use their services again.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We had a wonderful stay. Loved the view of the ocean, the pools, and workout room. We enjoyed the nearby restraunts. The only thing we thought needs updating is the couch. Thanks for our stay!
