Lovely 3 Bedroom condo near Wrigley!

A wonderful place for my family and our pups to spend Christmas! The home had everything we needed and oozed character. Awesome location. Carrie was a great host!

Wonderful Thanksgiving in the beautiful spacious dining room with fully equiped kitchen and cozy gathering space. Every amentity has been thought of for a comfortable stay!

Our recent stay in Chicago was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to our stay here! The location was great. A quick 15-20 minute walk to Wrigley and about 10 minutes to an L station, making exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our party of six felt completely comfortable in the house, with plenty of space for everyone. My in-laws raved about the king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, and the kids were absolutely thrilled with the bunk beds!This home truly felt like a genuine Chicago experience, with a fun and historic charm that we all appreciated. It was the perfect cozy retreat to come back to after our long days exploring the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, and getting around was a breeze. We appreciated the convenient parking spot. Although our car didn’t move much, thanks to the easy access to public transportation.To top it all off, our host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly communicative from start to finish. She went above and beyond by stocking the house with snacks and other necessities. Recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly authentic Chicago experience.

Worked out nicely for our family of 6 in town to visit my brother and his family close by. Carrie was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

except for food you'll buy, this upstairs 'home' has everything like cooking utensils, pots. plates, beverage containers, a full refrigerator. Additionally there are alot of 'little things' provided like extra sunglasses! Well thought out by the host to make your stay worry free. We were four adults and had PLENTY of space. Could sleep 6 if you include the couches in the common areas. Walkable clean neighborhood with food, attractions like Wrigley, shopping and nightlife to name a few of the many options. ALL 4 of us agreed that we would stay here again without question.

This property is amazing. Close enough to walk to lots of food and other things. But far enough you don’t get the traffic noise. Highly recommend.

We were visiting Chicago for our Moms birthday. This place was close to everything in a great neighborhood. Fantastic time

This property was perfect for my family's needs. It was in a great, family friendly area of Chicago within walking distance to Wrigley. We drove in town and were able to park in the driveway with a parking pass - provided by Carrie. We didn't spend a ton of time in the condo, as we were quite busy during the day, but we had plenty of space for my husband & 3 children (1.5, 6 & 9 years old). So much nicer than being crammed into a hotel room. Carrie was very communicative and overall a great, hospitable host. She even had a pack-n-play for our toddler and a variety of children's toys to keep them occupied. One thing that wasn't mentioned in the listing - but a big plus for me was the king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress in the master bedroom -- SO COMFY! Thanks for a great stay!

The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Carrie was very communicative and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend!
