Stayed Jun 6, 2025When we first arrived at the condo, we had many problems from the beginning, relating to the way we were able to access our room and with the amenities that were supposed to be included with our stay. We were told that the only way to open the door would be through an app that was only openable with a singular device, causing issues since we had multiple people staying with us. The door would also jam itself often and the dryer didn’t turn on despite being said that it would be included on our stay. Despite these issues however, the rest of the condo was amazing and we didn’t have any other major complaints.

Stayed May 24, 2025The headline: I would stay here again, for sure. The details: The check-in process was a nightmare and I was not able to access the property until 4 hours after our check in time. I never received property access information until this time. I am still waiting to hear back from VRBO regarding the experience. A couple cleanliness issues and a slightly broken bed but nothing major. The property was as described. Mattresses a little uncomfortable but that’s on par for most places. Location and proximity is AWESOME! I think with a little more attention to detail and a smoother check in process this place would be a 5 star stay for sure. Some more comfortable mattresses would be nice. Vrbo customer service left much to be desired. Once I finally got in touch with the property host (contact info provided was not correct) they were responsive.
