1 block to the botanic gardens, 2 to Cheesman park, 3 to cute shops on 12th and 4 to all the night life Colfax has to offer.

Ideal for remote work w/ fast fiber internet and a dedicated desk in each room. In unit washer/dryer and full kitchen make this an ideal long term stay. A fenced front yard provides an outdoor escape and space for a dog.
The space
Two bed rooms, each with their own window, queen bed and desk. The living room and kitchen face south, and get tons of sun. The front yard is shared with the upstairs unit, and is dog friendly. This unit is on the first floor so has more direct access to the yard. It is roughly ~750 sq ft.
Guest access
1 free parking spot on the right side of the drive way in front of the house. Many fun places are within walking distance.

    This was a great place to stay. The location was fantastic for us. It is right across the street from the Botanical Gardens. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance. It is an easy walk to Cheeseman park. We really liked the neighborhood. The apartment had all that we needed. Kitchen and Bathroom have been updated. The bedrooms were an adequate size. Brent was very friendly and graciously accommodated our needs which we really appreciated. I would stay there again.
