Stayed Dec 5, 2025Location was great. Everything within walking distance. Apartment was specious and balcony view was nice. Laundry equipment & kitchenette was a big plus. Entree to the apartment was clean except for the balcony. If the place gets a interior upgrade with some new furniture it would definitely be 5 Star.

Stayed Dec 8, 2022The property is located in downtown Miami, we had few hiccups with the property and I communicated this to the host. Philip responds to my emails immediately and had repair/service workers fixed the issues during our stay. It was a pleasure working with Philip as my host.
