Loon's Edge Retreat -Recently Renovated, Ski, Hike, Mountain views, Pool/hot tub

Our hosts were wonderful! Scott was very responsive and helpful. The condo was located 5 minutes from Loon and there is a ski shuttle Friday - Monday. The condo was also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hot tub and sauna were great after a day on the slopes. We didn't use the game room but it would be nice for kids. Nice common area in the lobby if you have a big group.

Perfect and quiet getaway for the holidays. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The convenience of check in was great, and the host Scott is very responsive!

Awesome place

The location was perfect. Within 20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit, from hikes to mountain towns.

This place was great. It was exactly as shown in the pics on the online listing. My wife and I were in the area for a two-night stay during our 10-day northeastern roadtrip. The condo was nice, and it’s also in a great location close to many restaurants and other things to do. Perfect central location if you’re wanting to do Franconia Notch National Park or the Kancamagus Highway! Definitely recommend staying here. We will again if/when we’re ever back in the area.

Convenient central location was just the beginning. Resort has nice amenities such as the indoor pool and hot tub, arcade and common area with fireplace. Our hosts were great with communication as well. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for why we were up there as we attended the Scottish Highland Games. Size was perfect for us 2 , place was spotless and very comfortable.

Outdoor activities

The only issue we had was the bed. The mattress (I think it was supposed to have a memory foam mattress) was very worn out. Any indentation our bodies made in it remained, so much so that it was sometimes difficult to get out of the holes our body weights left. Everything else was great!

My two children and I stayed here for a few days. The condo was very clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool on sight, but really loved the path behind the building that led to a beautiful river spot. Everything was wonderful with our stay.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Our room was clean, cozy, and provided all the basics of a home. The bed was comfortable and having a balcony to sit on was a nice bonus. After we checked-in (which was a super easy process) we explored all the amenities that the lodge had to offer and my son couldn't get over the fact that there was an arcade on the premises. My favorite part of the property was the wooden stairs in the back of the building that led to the river. On our last night we sat on the river's edge and watched the sunset behind the mountains, it was breathtaking. The location offers convenience to the highways, attractions, food and entertainment. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and look forward to staying again on our next trip to Lincoln.

Amenities great with pool, hot tub and nice lounge area with fireplace. Walk to downtown and 15 min to Franconia notch

This place is cozy, as shown, but good for a couple. Within walking distance of several restaurants which was nice. We had the indoor pool and hot tub (in the basement) to ourselves one afternoon/evening. FYI: the mattress is very firm (memory foam, I think) and the a/c is quite loud. This wasn't a problem for us, but might not be your preference.

The condo was spotless and easy to access being on the first floor. Perfect location was able to walk to restaurants and shops. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We will be staying again in the future.

Just right

Really nice condo. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts responsive. Would stay again. The cleaning service does really cute accents on the toilet paper and paper towels. We'd never seen this and we all that it was really cute.

This place is adorable! Clean, good temperature control, easy to feel comfortable! The town is adorable and we were able to explore some cute shops, good food, and lots of beautiful nature. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.

As someone who is very familiar with the location, this was one of the better stays I've had. I will book again.
