With 1,260 square feet, you and your guests can spread out and get comfy. Whether you want to relax to the sounds of the Gulf or take in the breathtaking views from this 11th floor balcony, you're in your home-away-from home, and the view from the couch isn't bad either!

With comfortable seating and superb views, lounging is practiced here. Included are a 1080p 60-inch flat screen LED TV with a 5.1 surround sound system and Blu-ray player. The stereo system also allows you to connect your smart phone via Bluetooth to play your music on your vacation!

King Suite with Private Bath

With its private balcony access, the master suite includes a king sized bed with new linens and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door offers gulf views and private access to the large covered beach front balcony. The kitchen features all appliances including coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster and microwave as well as cookware and utensils -- everything you need to make your vacation meals. Of course, there is a brand new stainless steel fridge with ice maker, glass-top stove, a disposal and dishwasher.

Whether you're cooking or just ordering in, seating for 6 at the dining table plus two more at the breakfast bar are perfect for a family meal. The balcony has table seating for eight!
