You know how they say that the best roommate to have is the one you never see? Well this was basically that roommate. We did a self check-in, gave a self tour, yet we weren't completely alone. They left a very simplistic binder on how everything worked and Carla the host was a quick text message away which she was very responsive

We loved staying in the little town of Breckenridge. The location of this unit was perfect. We enjoyed eating at many different local restaurants. Didn’t use the hot tub, but we should have. It looked amazing. There was a bit of noise, but that’s to be expected living in a condo complex near bars. We enjoyed our stay 100%.

Spacious One bedroom with fireplace, close to downtown, and free shuttles. Condo was in nice neighborhood, hot tub and pool open. Perfect for a short stay. Our one problem was sharing the one TV in living room with our teen boys. TV in bedroom not connected, or hooked up and old. Could not do Bluetooth, Airplay or mirroring from phone. After the two feet of snow we were stuck inside watching School Spirits in living room.

Everything was good. It's not fancy but it was clean and the management was attentive. Nice warm garage. Good ski locker location and the shuttle stop was very close, next to the adjacent building.

overall nice place, parking garage being insulated is a huge positive. I do wish it was a little more modernized, having to take out outlets to plug in chargers somewhat of an inconvenience, especially when some of the outlets didn’t work the greatest, but we made it work. Make sure you bring quarters we went to the laundry mat close to us to get them on the last day and the machine wasn’t working luckily we had enough to cover it. Heating was purely based off the fireplace, the thermostat didn’t really work that well, along with the door not being insulated the greatest we could feel cold air coming through. Also one of the dryers really wasn’t working the greatest. and there was only 3 working at the time we were there. So we did have to wait periodically or use the other laundry mat at some times, the roads were ok we were slipping sometimes. And keep in mind the garage is the only insulated area you are outside when getting into your room. We survived so can you, you get what you paid for. Great for nearby ski resorts we hit keystone, breck, vail, beaver creek easy access to the highway for them. We also hit a couple restaurants nearby we were there for 8 days, some restaurants were for millionaires, and others were for the regular folk, we enjoyed every place we ate at. Overall the place was nice and warm every night, we made breakfast every day kitchen was all good. If your looking for good pricing and easy access to ski resorts this is your place.

This condo is in a great location, but its dated. It's been halfway updated, but it's still not there. Old fridge, dishwasher, stove top etc, but the mattress is old and sagging, and maybe the weirdest thing, is not enough outlets in the bedroom. In order to charge our devices we had to plug them in the kitchen (not good for an alarm) or move the credenza that the TV was on, try to get a hold of the power strip to plug in our phones.

This place was wonderful. It was a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the gondola and a less than 5 minute walk to many places in town. Our only complaint was the comfortability of the beds. All of us ended up sleeping on the pull out couch since it was more comfortable than the bedroom mattress. The condo itself also seemed to be a bit more outdated than we expected but all around it was a great stay and you can’t beat the convenience.

Great location & fantastic hosts- but outdated and adjacent to ingress/egress from complex, so fairly noisy as people walked by. Wi-Fi went out every time it rained. Instead of an electronic door lock with a code to get in and out, there is a key you have to keep track of. Parking garage is excellent. Great location!!
