LONG BEACH RESORT! Remodeled three bedroom over lagoon pool!!! TWO SETS OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS!

I have been going to the beach all my life and always fear what our room will look like upon arrival. We we arrived, we all immediately fell in love with the condo. It was so much more that we expected and the absolute nicest condo I have ever stayed in. No waiting on the elevators and the parking was amazing.

Everything was as described and the unit was clean. We had a great trip and would book this unit again.

During this trip my husband 2 daughters and their 2 friends all stayed in this condo for a week! The unit looks just like the pictures! There was plenty of room and then some! The sliding glass door that leads to the balcony was a pain and almost impossible to open (almost threw my back out trying to open it) but the 2 bedrooms had access to the balcony, so we didn’t bother contacting anyone about it. The cleaning service could have done a better job, as I found prescription medication under the bed and I’m not sure our bedding was washed. Stains that bled through the comforter to the sheets...there was only 1 extra set of sheets that I found but other blankets. The washer and dryer worked great which is such a plus having 4 teen girls! Lagoon pool was absolutely perfect, however it closes at sunset. There are 2 other pools you have access to until midnight; we figured out the second day! Also the food at the Hangout was delicious and reasonably priced! This unit comes with 2 sets of beach chairs, which was fantastic and when you tell them how long you will be staying for, those are your chairs the whole time! That was so nice considering we didn’t pack our beach chairs this year! Kim’s Condos were very prompt, professional and helpful with any questions. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay an extra day! I would 100% stay at this unit again! If your wondering if this is the right condo for you, don’t hesitate and book now! :)

The 6th floor condo in tower 3 at Long Beach Resort is a beautifully decorated unit overlooking the lagoon pool. The photos and description on VRBO are accurate! We enjoyed the pool and had burgers/fries at the poolside snack shack (very good, ~$10). It's such a bonus to have TWO sets (four chairs, two umbrellas) set up every day by the resort beach staff. The staff from Kim's Condos addressed a couple of minor issues immediately (e.g., loose bar stool, sliding glass door off track) and the tub leaked in the bathroom off the 3rd bedroom (repaired the day we left). The internet held up well for two adults and two teenagers. We brought a Roku to connect to the living room TV (all TV have cable/satellite) and streamed TV shows without lagging. Loved the large balcony with a table for six but suggest adding a light +/- ceiling fan as we saw on some other balconies to sit outside after dark playing games, etc... We will definitely stay in this condo again the next time we're in PCB!

My son and daughter and I booked during the week of April 1- 6. Though my husband wasn't able to travel with us, the time that i had with my children was precious and the accommodations couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you for allowing my family the opportunity to stay in your home!
