Stayed Oct 7, 2023Cute 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking london bridge and golf course. Easy to walk to kokomos, various restaurants and ice cream places as well as boat and jet ski rental area. We had an excellent time and would stay again!!

Stayed Jul 14, 2023We really liked this location. Manager was responsive and the entire property is pretty clean. Yes, the complex is dated, but this is Havasu. My only complaint was the temperature in the unit. The ac is quite loud, and doesn’t work great. We weren’t allowed to set it lower than 75, which just isn’t enough for 120 degrees outside. The master is in the front corner, so the sun beats on it all day. It just wasn’t comfortable for my husband at all. But everything else was great! Property has everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen! The view is great too.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This property has great view of London Bridge and golf course and close to everything. Great walks and viewing of channel and close to Rotary Park for a variety of activities. Pool on property is easy to access and very nice with plenty of tables. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Mar 1, 2023We had a wonderful time in unit 301. There is a wonderful view of the London Bridge, the Colorado River, and a golf course outside the deck.
