Nice spot on the beach and the property was clean. We arrived very late due to a flight delay and we did have trouble figuring out which condo was ours but after a few minutes, we figured out the room numbering system and located our condo. Check in/out was super easy.

We were thrilled with the beach wagon, umbrellas, swimming tubes and other beach and pool toys. Loved our trip! Property management super helpful.

This condo is wonderful. Having two full size beds in the second bedroom was so nice for my family. Been coming to Sanibel for almost 20 years and it is our favorite beach. Only disappointment this time was the noseeums and the shelling was not as good this trip. It we had beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

The management team was supportive from the start of our stay until our departure. We couldn’t ask for much more. We were a few feet from the beach and gulf. We were able to relax and enjoy the revitalized area.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the area and we were close to the ocean, but the VRBO said that we had an ocean view, which we really did not...had I known, I would have booked another condo with an ocean view...we also thought that the condo could have had a few coffee filters, salt and pepper, more garbage bags, and more soap and shampoo etc, would have been nice...we would stay again, but in a condo with a much better view of the ocean. Condo was clean and neat and the management was very helpful and efficient.

Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets, long walks on the beach and of course great shelling. Looking forward to returning.
