This is a two bedroom, two bath, ground level residence located in the exclusive Loggerhead Cay community of Sanibel Island. Newly renovated as of 2023, this residence is sure to please even the most discerning of guests. Near to beaches, on/off causeway access, restaurants, and shopping- Guests will enjoy boundless opportunities to make memories that will last a lifetime!



The Space:

Loggerhead Cay #261 is a two-bedroom, two bathroom fully equipped condominium located on the east end of Sanibel Island. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to seven people. The master bathroom offers a king size bed with en-suite private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed along with a twin over full bunk bed. The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa and loveseat. Each bedroom has TV, and the main living area has a 65” smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Appliances are new, and there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, sand toys and boogie boards, ample books and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short three-to-four-minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building two on the first floor. There is an assigned parking space located directly behind the unit. Please note that this unit is pet-friendly for guests with one dog up to 25 pounds in size. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee associated with pets.

Guest Access:

From an access perspective, guests will enjoy full access to Loggerhead Cay amenities, as well as dedicated access to the Loggerhead 261 parking space.



The Neighborhood:

Loggerhead Cay is located on the highly desirable East End of Sanibel Island, adjacent to beaches, shopping, and restaurants but most importantly providing guests with easy on/off access to the causeway via Lindgren Blvd., just a few hundred feet from the entrance to the Loggerhead Cay association.



Getting Around:

We recommend rental bikes or car for getting around the island, as most restaurants, shopping, and activities are located more than one mile away from Loggerhead Cay.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to their stay.

E-Bikes are not allowed on property.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.

    Very comfy and clean. Pool and beach toys were plentiful for all ages, thx! Perfect for little ones on 1st floor for easy access to yard, pool and beach. Loggerhead location is close to causeway thus not much traffic. Ideal location on island.

    The condo was beautiful and was very well equipped. The bedroom with a bunk bed and queen bed were perfect for our family. Very quick response to any questions and even offered to deliver another beach umbrella when the one in the condo turned inside out on a windy beach day. Will definitely rent again

    My family of 5 loved everything about this stay. The first floor unit was so convenient for going to the beach and pool, which were both steps away from the back screened porch. The unit was just as described and pictured, extremely clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. The communication from check-in to check-out was easy. We also loved the location of Loggerhead Cay, close to the causeway and an easy walk, bike ride, drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. The beach is beautiful and has endless seashells. We enjoyed watching the manatees in the canal across from the property, too. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

    Resided two weeks in 261 Loggerhead, we are two seniors, whose family could not in the end join us. There is plenty of room to allow for another couple with kids. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was quite adequate, and beach equipment including beach wagon helpful for beach stays. Beach is lovely. We used the swimming pool frequently. It's quite a large pool.wig only the weather was a little less cool and windy!

    What a lovely, up to date, clean , lots of room,& close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our 48th anniversary! Walking on the beach every day, shelling, seeing dolphins. We would recommend this place.

    This is an absolutely amazing property. It was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and pool. It fit 5 people and a 14 month old with no issues. They had all the supplies we would need for the beach. Quick responses from the property manager as well if we had any issues.

    Stayed here with my family with 2 small children and it was perfect! Centrally located on the island, clean, steps away from pool and beach. Loved being able to walk right outside as this unit is ground level. Unit is spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen stocked with all you could need.

    Well appointed condo less than 5 min walk to the beach. Had all the beach gear (chairs wagon, umbrella, toys, towels, etc). Kitchen was one of the most fully stocked kitchens we have ever encountered with a rental. The pool was a quick walk from the unit. Plenty of closet space for suitcases. The unit was great for our family of 6.
