Other things to note
CHECK-IN: You may arrive anytime after 4:00 p.m! Codes to courtyard, building access, and unit will be provided.
CHILDREN: Our property is not set up for children under 12, including infants and toddlers. People 12 and up DO count in the number of guests. I am sorry, but no exceptions to this rule.
SECURITY: Lock the home and every time you leave the property. By making your reservation you acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of the house during your stay and that the owner is not responsible for any loss of or damage to your property.
EXTRA GUESTS + SECURITY: As you can see in the listing, the maximum number of guests is 4. When you book your reservation, you must book for the correct number in your party.
CHECK-OUT, etc.: Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay. It's easy: just follow the short checkout checklist in the loft, and leave the loft in good shape. This means that no damage has been done to the home or its contents, nothing is missing, and no extraordinary cleaning is required. We know that glasses, plates, etc. sometimes break -- and just ask that you let us know so we can replace them. Thank you.

We enjoyed the location and access to all the amenities. The room is just as advertised and even more! the layout is great, and communication was great when we had to make changes after booking.
The homeless problem in Denver is not talked about, but a bit out of the control of the property owner. Unfortunately, the location is right next to a large encampment. That aside, everything else about the property was perfect for what we needed.

This is a place to be central for Sports. bars and food. There is even a Brunch restaurant right down stairs. You don't need a car just walk, scooter etc. The unit was impeccable. Tri-level with beautiful exposed bricks. Communication was awesome when I had questions.
