Lodge-Inspired Lakeside Townhouse with Fireplace - Short Walk to Lifts

This Property accommodated our family of six (3 adults and 3 kids nicely). We liked that it was not in the hustle and bustle of town but close enough that we could hop on the transit system and have access to all of these things. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and just opened a newly constructed pool and hot tub area, which was nice. The kitchen had plenty of space and pots and pans utensils etc. Would come back

Property is in a very nice area of Deer ValleyProperty has been updated and cleanOnly suggestion would be instead of two twin beds on the main level by the kitchen would suggest a queen size so an adult can stay on the main level comfortably

We had a short stay but it had all the space and amenities that we needed and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely book again.

Although very pricey it did fit our need very well.

Beautiful area close to slopes for skiing or biking. Unit could use some updates. Worked good for our 3 day weekend.

We wished they just had a little portable AC, but other than that it was amazing!

Wonderful location. The lakes and wetlands are beautiful. Short walk to the concert at Deer Valley. The condo is a little old but well equipped. Adequate beds and bathrooms. The unit was clean and neat.

BEWARE- Vacasa Deer Valley/Park City is TERRIBLE I have never written a bad VRBO review until this one. Overall, the unit was below average, but what really made it terrible was Vacasa's inability to communicate or fix issues. So much went wrong, and they have still not reached out after I have contacted them numerous times. Learn from my mistake - avoid this unit and run away from anything managed by Vacasa. THE BAD: 1. READ THE VACASA REVIEWS: Utah Vacation Rentals by Vacasa = 2 STARS | Park City Vacations and Ski Condos by Vacasa 3.5 STARS. I did not read these before booking and I wish I did! 2. No Hot Water: Hot water heater went out multiple times during our stay and they never came to fix it. They have a 10+ year unit that does not look like it has been serviced since 2017. Instead of having someone come out, they asked me to try and get the pilot back on multiple times but it would simply fail within 1-2 hours. By the time we left, we did not have hot water for 24+ hours. 3. Incorrect Shuttle Instructions: The Deer Valley shuttle is a huge + for this condo. They have instructions downstairs telling you to call one number, and they also have a different number for you to call on the Vacasa app. One is a dead line and the other is the wrong number! I tried to get help via the Vacasa chat and they replied not our service, can't help. 4. Dangerous Flooring: Transition between kitchen and living room had loose screws - it had likely been that way for
