The location was super convenient to the slopes and also the free bus stop to Main Street. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Could have used some staples like we have had in previous VRBO’s, like non-stick spray, trail maps, restaurant suggestions.

Our stay was wonderful - by far the best part is that it is a perfect location, rooms had everything we needed- full kitchen was a plus! The bathroom is a little outdated but clean. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend this to anyone!!

Communication was amazing! Got many helpful emails with videos showing where to go. Checking in and out was very easy. They don't have a lobby. Everything is done with your phone. You don't have a room key. Instead you have codes to get into the buildings and other spaces. Location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! Free busses are constantly out front and will take you anywhere. Many shops and activities surround you. The complex has two different buildings each with different amenities and parking. Building A has two hot tubs both indoor. One is on the second floor with a sauna while another is on the third floor. During my visit, they are currently renovating the third floor so that hot tub isn't operational. The sauna on the second floor isn't operational either but the hot tub is. It was very hot which I enjoyed. Be aware that the second floor hot tub is a step up while the third floor is a step down. The Building A elevator from the parking garage and its surroundings can definitely use some work. The elevator outside and inside was very dirty and the ceiling outside of it had a massive hole. The entire parking garage was dirty and in need of a clean. Building B is where the fitness center is and the main pool are located. Both buildings do not connect so to go between them, you have to go outside and walk across a courtyard. It isn't bad but not the most ideal especially in bad weather. It was a rainy and cold weekend so we skipped the pool because of having to walk outside. You have to walk through the fitness center to get to the pool. The main pool is indoor and outdoor with two hot tubs. One is outdoor while the other is indoor. The pool is very nice but around it and the indoor hot tub where lots of bugs. They'd get into the hot tub and pool creating piles of floating bugs, which we'd have to fish out. That wasn't fun. A sauna is located in the main pool area but we didn't use it. Our room was fantastic! It felt very clean and tidy. A bit of dust on the TV and behind some things could be improved. They had a couple of battery operated candles which is a nice touch. However only one was operational as the other had dead batteries. One of the balcony's in our room also had a dead bulb so it was very dark. These are only small things and overall we loved our room. I felt very relaxed and clean. Looked recently renovated. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you'd need. Plates, bowls, cups, utensils, spatulas, a can opener, pots, pans, even a crock pot! A few plates had some knicks in them but were very clean. Some towels for the pool would've been nice though as we had only one towel per person. They have many extra pillows and blankets too. Overall I'd definitely stay here again! Other than a few minor things, our stay was perfect.

Property is in ideal place and easy to ski in and ski out, 2 full size beds only and a pull out single that should not be slept on, horrible bed , even for kids, no usb anywhere to plug in stuff so bring your usb, showers were awful water pressure and very hard to pull on when trying to get water to run, towels are only a few and no washer dryer in unit, need towels for pool too so ideally you need a lot more towels for a family of 4, the location is the best for getting in and out of ski area , place just needs some upgrades , ideally only sleeps 4 in 2 beds , pull out not ideal for anyone....we stay at these units every year and the whole building is just outdated but convenient

Very homey space (not generic or barren like so many ski rentals); plenty of storage and cooking equipment. Mere steps from the ski lifts and an easy 25 minute walk to Main St shops and restaurants. Check in and out was easy - keyless entry was especially great. We didn't use parking but nice that it was included. The unit is so close to the exit and lifts that it doesn't make sense to use ski lockers but nice that they are included.

Very nice accommodations, plenty of room for 4 people. Clean, great access to slopes, easy parking. Would stay there again! And all at a reasonable price for what they provide.

The unit was very cute, decorated nicely and comfortable for me, my husband and 18 yr old son. The bed was more comfortable than most, son said the Murphy bed was also comfortable. It was a bit hard to find, but the company did a great job with communications prior to arrival to give us a heads up. We were very pleasantly surprised that they allowed us to check in about 3 hours early with no advance notice. The views are nice, can see the mountains from both windows, and location was great, a very short walk to the 2 nearby lifts. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace when coming in from the cold. The only real complaint was that the last visitors left cigarette butts on the patio/balcony and that was definitely a huge turn off, and some of the high touch spots were dirty (dishwasher, fridge, microwave outside surface), dining chairs. Toilets, showers, sinks were fine though. We requested and were given a refund for the cleaning fee because of the couple items mentioned. overall, very good experience.
