Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was clean and really well appointed as far as unit decor. The large rap around deck and the view was spectacular!!. We will try to rent this unit again after labor day. The refrigerator and air conditioner was a pretty loud but over all the stay was great!!!, not too big a deal.

It was a great experience overall! The communication went pretty good, however could have perhaps been a bit smoother. There were some discrepancies with the timing of communication. I am not sure if it on Vrbo or the my vacation havan. It's a beautiful location and we hope to stay at this same room and location in the future when its available. Very much appreciated the ability to dine-in and cook as well as dine-out. Additionally, we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella to use down on the beach. We decided to put a floor mat down by the entry door as we didn't want to be tracking sand all over.

We enjoyed the balcony every evening as you can see the beach, pool, and golf course. We love the location and rented bikes which I highly recommend as we biked to our favorite restaurants (The Surf Hut, Pompano Joes, Another Broken Egg). The condo was clean and perfect for us. We have stayed in the Luau II several times and we will definitely be staying here again! The owner answered any questions we had and check in/out was a breeze!

For not staying on the beach you get a nice view of the ocean and the resort from the balcony. Only negative- the TV could be updated with a Firestick to view some streaming services or allow the guests to use their streaming services to add to stay in evenings.

My only suggestion is to have less furniture in the living room. It feels too crowded for that space.

Loved the ambiance and the very well designed interior! Price was very reasonable given we came at a peak time of year! Would definitely consider coming back to this unit!

This unit was everything we could ask for and more! The views were breathtaking day and night, and the amenities made it feel like home. The unit was amazing!! I wish we could’ve stayed longer, and without hesitation, will stay here for future visits!
