Location, Location, Location! Walk to Lifts, Walk to Town! Perfect for families!

Excellent place to stay we had 2 weeks here skiing the lifts are walkable as was the main street for evening food shops drinks Excellent kitchen plenty of room good tv including netflix. Greg the host was very reachable would recommend

Plenty of space in the condo. A little bit of a walk to slopes if in ski boots or carrying equipment.

Our stay at Greg's property was wonderful. The space was clean and well-stocked with toiletries and basic kitchen items. It was a quick walk from the QuickSilver Superchair and the hot tubs. Would come again!

Ability to walk to lifts or hop on bus was key to deciding on our location. Bus stop right across road. Walking in boots and carrying skis to lift was easier for younger members but not bad and a couple days we checked our skis vs carrying which worked well.

It was easy to check-in. Greg was responsive to all my questions, even during the holiday. The location is great—it's an easy walk to the slopes (about 7 minutes) and into town. We rented from Breck Sports at The Maggie due to the overnight storage option. However, they rarely had space to store, so I recommend renting instead from the Village location, which has a larger storage area. The condo is cozy and is multi-level--there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and another bathroom upstairs on the main level. The entryway is very nice with a place to remove your shoes and keep your coats and skis if needed. All TVs throughout the condo have access to streaming services. Heating--dials enable floor heating and there is a fireplace upstairs and in the master; we always felt cozy and warm. The kitchen was well-appointed, and there was a grill on the patio. The freezer had an ice maker which was nice! We had one issue while in the condo and Greg was quick to respond and to try to fix the problem. I would rent again in the future.

Satisfied all our needs for a home away from home for the holidays.

Walking distance from everything in Breck made this spot a go to for family like mine. We will definitely be back.
