Want to make the most of your stay Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. A Few Additional Considerations:
- Parking is not provided with your booking. There is a paid parking lot right behind the building that you are welcome to use. They charge $25/night.
- This is located in Capitol Hill, so some street noise is to be expected.
- As a residential building, amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We’ll notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
- Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the shades or curtains.
- While we consider it to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
