Location Location Location & Great Value @ Tahoe Donner!!!

Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of sleeping space. Nice supply of games, books, and beach towels. Emailed instructions were very clear. Parking was easy. Everything was in working order. I would definitely book here again.

Carol was extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location, 10 min to truckee or 20 min to squaw valley. Will be staying again.

Location Location is correct! Very clean and convenient condo. Our family of four had an excellent stay and appreciated the proximity to the ski hill. There is far more to explore, however our time here was short. We found the beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with equipment as well as some spices. We made use of the games provided and enjoyed movies on the couch. Definitely a great jumping off point for any Truckee adventure!

Amazing quiet weekend away from the bustle. The house was neat, clean, and cozy. Great little hikes nearby and beautiful surroundings. Owner was friendly and quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend.

We loved our stay! We will deff be back, it was perfect for our little family. Neighbors were extremely helpful, and nice. We loved being able to explore with our two year old in the back yard. It’s so close to the down town area and centrally located! We were only 20 minutes from donner ski ranch, and 20 minutes from northshore Tahoe. It was awesome!

The place was cozy and perfect location for a quick trip. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean. Carol was amazing and easy to communicate with. Wish we had more time to just hang out in the Tahoe_Donner area. Would definitely come back to this place!

The townhome is in a great spot in terms of location and the owner is very responsive. The kitchen had the things we needed so worked out well for us. Pros:- Well located right across from the snow play area- Affordable- Owner very responsiveAreas for improvement:- Living room furniture needs to be replaced. Couch sinks in and was not comfortable to sit in. As a result, we didn't sit there- Several chairs in the dining room have parts that have broken off- Master bedroom bed is fine but other beds I would not recommend for kids- If you have an SUV, it's very very hard to park it in the garage. We have a toyota highlander and we had about 1 inch of clearance between our car and the garage door. This is because the owner has stairs in the garage to get to the laundry area. When pulling in you need a second person there to verify you won't hit the stairs but you need to get within half an inch of them to close the garage door. - You can't use the backyard for snow play because it's completely the backdoor is completely blocked by wall high snow.- I'd be fear full to stay here during a snow storm. If there is ice in the driveway you will slide right out into a busy road since it's a steep driveway.

Great location. Conveniently located right across the street from Tahoe Donner snow play for our kids to go sledding/tubing and close to downtown Truckee. The place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a family weekend in the mountains.

House is very clean and well equipped, have everything we need, host is very responsive and friendly. Nice location, close to Boreal ski resort, which is what we need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! All the accommodations & amenities were 10 out of 10. I give this condo two thumbs up & highly recommend if looking for a place in Truckee!

The space is cozy, comfortable beds, and well-equiped kitchen. Garage is a little tight for average sized suv, but there is parking outside too. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great winter experience at this house. Everything was perfect in the house. We enjoyed 2 nights.

Great space for a group, close to truckee town and good distance to the resorts for the winter. Garage to park in and really liked the lofted bedroom setup

The property was great and comes with everything you need for a short vacation. Check-in process was seamless and there are not a lot of check-out requirements. We had very little noise issue despite this not being a standalone building.

I have never before rented property that actually looks better than the pictures! This was a great property and I would recommend. It was adequately stocked and in a great location for the event we were attending. Would stay again.

Carol's place is directly across the street from one of the complex's rec centers, less than 5 minutes to grocery, delicious pizza, coffe shops, shopping, etc. The kids (17, 10, 5, 5) loved hanging out in the lofted game room which is stocked with a variety of games and puzzles. Carol was lightening fast with her replies and made sure our stay was enjoyable! We cannot wait to visit Tahoe in the future!

Family of 6, we had a great 3 night stay. Everything we needed was there. Great location just out of town. Quiet neighborhood.
