Beach access was perfect. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Been to HH many times as a Marriott owner and this was comparable.

Very clean and well appointed. Literally a five minute walk to the beach. Easy to get to grocery and drug stores and there are several restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Thus was our second time here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

First time at Folly Beach area n was great! This unit is good as it reminds me of the space we love at embassy suites layout. Everything in good condition n water pressure was good. Walk to beach n pool is easy peasy. Nice neighborhood to walk walk walk.

I enjoyed my stay at this property because of the close proximity to the pool and the ocean. The one bedroom unit is very roomy and clean. The stretch of beach is not overwhelmingly crowded. I would stay here again.

This property is perfect in every way. Super clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful additions. Very short walk to the beach. We loved this condo amd grounds and would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo. Convenient to everything and the tennis staff was outstanding! Quiet and safe with a whole lot of things to do. Even the pool was fabulous!

We stayed at Hilton Head for family golf and womens getaway. The condo was immaculate very homey and convenient to all the places we went. Quiet and cozy. There condo felt like home. Beautiful balcony overlooking a pond with a water feature. It was within walking distance to the beach.

We read all the reviews prior to renting the condo and they were accurate. The condo was clean and well kept. The walk to both the pool and the beach were short ones. Communications with the owner for any small glitch was seamless and quickly addressed. We would definitely stay again.

Thus us our 2nd trip to Hilton Head and our 2nd stay at the Island Club. I really can’t imagine us staying anywhere else. The location is perfect.

Perfectly located near the pool and beach access. Very spacious living area and balcony overlooking the lagoon. Well equipped kitchen and laundry were great. Will definitely stay here again if we can.

The condo was as advertised. A short walk to the beach and the lovely pool. Quiet with a pleasant view of the lagoon complete with turtles! Loved having the washer and dryer right there and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again for sure.

Our host was so accommodating and wonderful. Would absolutely book her property again!

LOVED the resort and since I play tennis, the tennis facilities were superb, including the tennis pro there. Close to the beach, all the resort amenities were beautiful and very, very well kept. Great folks all around this facility! The entry key lock box was very difficult to read and it’s awkward position on the wall near the door made it difficult to handle- would have liked an updated entry box, but entry and exits were done by keys for our week there and it did not diminish our enjoyment of this complex. We had a fabulous week in Hilton Head. This was close to all major points and the beach was fabulous!

Place was very clean and the perfect location - close to beach, pool, stores, outlets, restaurants. Great stay and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed in this unit while kids and grandkids in other units. This unit was located beautifully in the development, close to pool and beach. It was immaculate and perfect for us. Provided beach towels which was really nice. The development is very nice, especially for families. Small enough to walk easily. Beach beautiful. Some appliances could be updated, but everything worked and met our needs and we did not care. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was beautiful! It was only a 2min walk away from the beach. My wife and I enjoyed a peaceful week walking during sun rises and being on the beach as much as possible. It is also only 10min from a Walmart which allowed us to make our own food with the provided cookware from this VRBO. Altogether this was an amazing trip thanks in large to this amazing property.

Highly recommend this property! Not only is it perfectly situated near the beach at the top of the island, it had everything we could want to make our stay a pleasant one. Vlada was easy to communicate with, and this was the most immaculately clean place we’ve ever stayed at. We enjoyed having breakfast on our balcony overlooking the lagoon, the bed was comfy, and the walk to the beach down a pretty boardwalk less than five minutes. Bring your car as you’ll need it to get to most restaurants, although you could easily just stay on property the whole vacation and have everything delivered. We will be back.

The place is cozy, steps to the beach and pool. Very clean and fully stocked of necessities. Owner was is communication with me the whole time.
