Host very responsive. Cool location, near river walk. One minor complaint - bed pillows were soft and lumpy and not very supportive. But all in all would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here while we moved our son into UTampa. The home was spotless, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It was impeccably maintained. The spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The host was great. Communication was clear, friendly, and always timely, which made the whole experience stress-free.

I was looking for a place for my adult children to stay at and the hotel options in South Tampa aren't great. So I checked VRBO and found this place. Peter the owner communicates faster than anyone I've booked a place with and the description and prior reviews of the unit were accurate. My family loved staying here, great location, and well stocked with necessary supplies. I highly recommend this place and look forward to recommending it to out-of-town guests in the future.

I stayed here for a couple of nights with family members and the condo was very conveniently located for our needs. The host, Peter has been very honest in describing the features of the property. There were no unpleasant surprises. Good working air conditioner, and a well stocked kitchen with cookware and useful appliances were definitely a big help to us. The beds were very comfortable to sleep and linen were clean. Bathrooms were spacious and stocked with required amenities. The location was convenient to access and security was very good. I would surely recommend this place to my friends.

I was in the area for a concert at the Amalie Arena and the condo was very centrally located. I only stayed a couple of nights but it was exactly what I needed. The condo felt very comfortable and quiet. The place was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole process from start to finish was handled well. The owner reached with all of the check in information well in advance of my arrival and everything went seamlessly. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable cozy place to stay. I truly appreciated my time there and you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I had to travel solo unexpectedly at the last minute and I felt very safe here when walking around the neighborhood. I highly recommend the restaurant Bella’s if you are looking for an excellent Italian meal. I will definitely book Peter’s condo again when I come back to Tampa in the future.
