Stayed Mar 11, 2026This was a very good property that was in walking distance to many restaurants. Convenient to the University of Arkansas. All amenities worked to satisfaction and property was well maintained. Only opportunity is the door pad was challenging but there was a key box that made it easy to use.

Stayed Feb 26, 2026The host was fantastic & communicated well. She let us know ahead of time about neighboring construction. The entrance gate with access to all of the units was not working properly, which she also informed us ahead of time & provided us with alternative options in case we encountered issues. The unit was clean, cute & was exactly what we needed for the weekend! I will but adding this as one of my options when returning to the area!

We will definitely try to stay here again! It's clean, spacious, and has everything we could possibly want.
