Stayed Sep 2, 2021The location of this property is great. Less than a block to the beach and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Also, walking distance to shops and restaurants including Rosenfeld’s Jewish Deli for great sandwiches. The pool on-site was also great. The property could use some updating including new mattresses and smart tv’s. Overall, we had a great stay

Stayed Jul 9, 2022The place was filthy. Vacuumed at best. The place has not been dusted in a year (or longer). Couches were disgusting. We put sheets on them, just to sit. There were rusted, old, filthy, patio furniture piled up in the corner of the living room. Thick layers of dust are caked on lamps, ceiling fan, bathroom shelves, etc. Dishes in cabinets were put away dirty. We’ve been going to OC for over 10 years and never stayed in a unit so neglected.

Stayed Jul 18, 2021We had a great experience. The location was wonderful. The condo was nice, although it could use a little updating. The beds were really uncomfortable and need replaced. Also, the washer and dryer was a little outdated. The view was nice. I wish the pool was opened later. I feel as much as we pay to stay there the hours should be till 10 because people are put doing other activities. Overall I'm satisfied with the condo just needs a few changes :)
