LJ's Cottages 3 - BALCONY VIEWS BEACH POOL SAND SUNSETS

The location to the beach was totally as advertised. A nice 4-5 minute walk.Our host was very attentive.The actual unit is tired and did not smell very fresh. There are only four units. We were kept up the first night by snoring from the guest next door. Ear plugs were supplied!!Sliding outside door to the deck could not be locked.You do get parking. The pool is quite inadequate They supplied a nice bags game (corn hole)If you are used to a Motel 6, this is it.

The host was great with an array of snacks and some starter coffee packets for the maker. The location is just a short walk to the beach. The provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were great to have. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved the proximity to the beach - just a few minutes walk. Will definitely recommend.

Great stay overall. Great communication with a ton of recommendations for things to do/places to eat. Super short walk to the beach and was great that some beach items were provided. Would stay again in the future.

Very comfy space with plenty of room for parents and kids, just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

Great spot for a small group, steps away from crescent beach and local restaurants & night life.

PROS: Location and convenience make this place super attractive. The beach is a short walk to the end of the street. Property is clean. deck is nice, washer/Dryer is super convenient. Comes with a pack and play, beach chairs, towels and beach wagon. All great amenities. Bunk beds are super comfy. Host was communicative and checkin/out was a piece of cake. Parking spot was helpful. CONS: The bed in master bedroom is terribly uncomfortable and the pillows are thin. We didn't sleep well during our stay. Everything is nice and clean but also kinda... tired. The light cover is missing in the kitchen, there's some minor damage to a dresser, the shower fixtures are loose, the shower itself pulsates water, one of the beach chairs is broken. The sliding door out to the deck locks and is secure, but one of the 2 mechanisms is broken. A/C can't be turned any lower than 70 (I think) or it will malfunction according to a sign on the thermostat. You have to run the fans and use a vent booster to keep the master bedroom cool. The pool is kinda run down. Nothing that alone is a big deal and could be overlooked given the proximity to the beach, but taken together was a little frustrating at times. Overall, I'd look for other places close to this one first, but would stay again with little hesitation in hopes that one of the other cottages (4total) had a more comfortable bed.

We had a great time staying just a block from the beach and enjoyed the unique pool and hot tub! The place was accurately represented in the listing and clean. It had everything we needed for our family's vacation.
