Creekside Condo in Downtown Frisco with Hot Tub, Pool & Mountain Views!

We were hoping to use the hot tub, but it was under repair. That was the only thing we did't like during our stay.

The place was clean, comfortable and easy walk to town. The deck was great for morning coffee and drinks in the evening. Beautiful views of the mountains and Ten Mile Creek. Would recommend staying here.

Everything went well from our booking to our stay. James was great in keeping me informed about our reservation and quickly responded to my questions. The check-in and check-out directions were very clear and easy to follow. Great location! We enjoyed sitting in the red plush chairs on the balcony listening to the sounds of the Ten Mile Creek and watching hummingbirds fly around the trees. Hiking, biking, and enjoying our time with family.

Charming, clean, quiet, very well-appointed unit. Great spot on the river with a deck overlooking. Easy walk to town. Perfect spot for our mud season getaway.

The only problem was the unit was always hot. 74 degrees with the thermostat set at 62. Disappointed the hot tub was not working but understand.

This was a great place to stay to ski at Copper! Everything from check in the check out was seamless. The condo was updated and clean! It’s not a big place, but it served us well!

The space in this condo was great for our family. We loved hearing the creek from the deck, and there was plenty of space for games and puzzles while the snow flew outside. Location is super close to Main Street Frisco and had great access to skiing. The host was very responsive for the two minor things that warranted attention during our stay. We would stay here again!

Nice place to stay - the porch on the creek was great

Stayed here for my 50th birthday trip with my best friend, condo is perfect. Comfortable beds, beautifully appointed bathrooms, and kitchen has everything you need. Great location also, right on the creek, surrounded by the aspens.

Loved the location, decor, cleanliness, but especially the back porch facing 10-Mile Creek.

We always care most about two things: clean and good bed

Our stay at this cozy condo was amazing. The location was ideal for shopping, hiking, and amazing views of the mountains nearby. The condo was clean and included amenities that we desired for a rental. Would return to this same location in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The 10-Mile creek is directly outside this condo, spectacular. The unit is exactly as pictured. It's roomy, decorated well and was just a great spot for us for first of many Fourth of July week's in Frisco, thanks again!

Even though it took double the time it should have to get there (traffic on 6), my mindset changed to happy and relaxed once we arrived. The location of the property is perfect in a quiet area near Main Street and right off the river. The property was cozy and furnished/decorated very nicely. It was a super comfy place with excellent vibes. We would definitely stay here again.
