Stayed May 23, 2025Quiet location in N Litchfield Beach. Short walk to beach access and beach. Condo is like pictures provided. We had 4 adults staying for an extended weekend. Linens are supplied and limited paper products. Only 1 key was provided for 4 adults upon check in. A second key was supplied on the 2nd day of our stay. Pool has a keyed access pad. The code supplied on second day (not at check in) did not work. Another guest had to provide code for pool access. No instructions in condo on working TVs, location of trash chute or check out instructions. We had 1 maintenance issue during stay and it was resolved promptly.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023Fantastic value compared to local hotels. Short walk to ramped beach access. Great location for access to Huntington Beach State Park and BrookGreen Gardens (a must see). Check in and responsiveness of property management was great. One thing to know is that WiFi is not secured.
